These shoes are of the highest quality and B & Sons ‘ customer service has been outstanding. After 2 years of use I sent a pair back for a “glazing” as they call it; I can’t believe how great they came out! The patina and shine put on is amazing. It was a large purchase for me, but worth it. The quality of the shoes and customer service justifies the cost in my book. The old adage “You get what you pay for” is absolutely true in this case.

The service by Luna was impeccable. She was very attentive and found me just the right shoes. My fiancée fell in love with the ultra soft leather jackets. We special ordered her and picked it up today. The leather is so soft. It’s fantastic and fit perfectly. This is now my go-to leather shoe store in the DMV area. Luna was kind and helpful to my husband and me today as we were trying on the leather jackets in the Fair Oaks store. She brought out several sizes of this particular jacket that I liked, thoughtfully held each jacket for me to put my arms in the sleeves, and was very knowledgeable about the products. I visited the store on several occasions. I wanted to purchase a casual sneaker shoes and was told the shoe will be in on next delivery several times. But no shoe ever came to store I was very disappointed to again to be turn away. They did offer to order online for 150 dollars more than the store, what a waste of time waiting. Probably will buy prada loafer instead
