Heather helped us with our much needed hall bath remodel. She helped us pick out all the finishings and provided a great team of contractors who were able to start the project within about 10 days of contacting her. They estimated 2 weeks for the project and finished right on time!
My 2 teenage sons love their new bathroom and I am happy to have a nice fresh space before the holidays. Having her help made the process as smooth as can be.

Heather is fantastic! She helped us decorate when moved back to Virginia after 17 years abroad. We had some "finishes" issues with trim, base boards, and refacing columns in our home, as well as replacing an out of code railing. We also wanted to replace all of the living room furniture and the rug and I had no vision for what I wanted. Heather came out and looked at what we had, talked with us, and quickly came to know our style and preferences. She spent a day with us, out shopping for furniture and rugs, and helped us look at styles and options I wouldn't have though of, but am now so happy with! The crew that came to do the construction work was also amazing. On time, courteous, exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail. I highly recommend Heather for your decorating needs, large or small!

Heather Bates Design offers amazing solutions that can solve every room. Her eye for design and decorating. Heathers personal touch allowed us the freedom to be from the any stress design and color choices. With our busy schedule Heather made it so easy for us. She was hands on with the sub-contactors and her knowledge with the possibilities are unlimited when it comes to desing. We are excited about how warm and cozy our familyroom feels. As with any project we realize that services don't cost they pay especially when its an area that you are design, style and color challenged.

Heather is a consummate professional. She listened to everything I hoped for in my remodel and she delivered. She came in on time and in budget.
