Bought my bed at Expo fair. Kai served me and help me fight for my budgeted price. It comes with 2 free pillows and I chose the Englander 1894 mattress. Took a while and he's been patient. Recommend to buy from him! (He's very convincing so be careful)

We had an amazing experience with Kai. His expertise in guiding us through the various styles and fabrics was exceptional. After learning that we had young kids, he recommended a fabric that would be most suited for us and even demonstrated for us on how to remove various tough stains. We also needed the sofa to be of certain length and Kai accepted our request saying that it could be custom made to our liking. Kai was friendly and approachable. He was lively and enthusiastic and we found ourselves laughing and cracking jokes, keeping the entire process stress free. He wasn’t too pushy and gave us our space to make decisions. He was even kind enough to sweeten the deal for us. We left their store feeling happy and confident in our choice, thanks to their professionalism and service. Highly recommended!!
