Plusuri:
- la 15 minute de Parcul Cișmigiu, 30 de minute de Centrul Vechi
- loc (relativ) ok de parcare pe o stradă nu foarte intens circulată
- izolare fonică spre stradă destul de ok.

Minusuri:
- camera, nu foarte călduroasă. Ne-am cazat în noiembrie, destul de frig, doar un calorifer care nu părea să fie aerisit suficient.
- aparatul de aer condiționat, prezent, nu și telecomanda
- ușa cu izolare fonică zero. Auzeam dincolo de noi tot ce se poate auzi. Nu se închidea chiar foarte ok.
- baia, mică, răcoroasă, cu un puternic miros de mucegai și umezeală.
- comunicarea cu proprietara nu foarte eficientă, răspuns foarte greu.

În concluzie, o cazare care are doar strictul necesar și cam atât. Ok daca te afli în tranzit, deloc ok daca vrei sa petreci mai multe zile in București.

I booked this place through booking 8.1 and a few days later I saw reviews on google maps..i was a little scared..but the room where stayed was amazing..i will go again if I visit Bucharest. Recommended. ✨💯
There is a bus stop in the same street that can take you to the center..very good

Dezamăgitoare experiență!

Am rezervat o noapte la această proprietate într-o zi de duminică. Primesc confirmarea rezervării prin Booking, iar în jurul orei 22 primesc un telefon de la proprietate cum că nu-mi poate onora rezervarea deoarece "nu mai sunt camere disponibile, iar fiind duminică, nu a actualizat nimeni anunțul; proprietatea nu este hotel" - o scuză de-a dreptul penibilă. Dacă îți asumi să oferi cazare, dar chiar nu vrei să muncești pentru asta, deoarece e "duminică", depune un minim efort de a seta pe Booking numărul exact al camerelor pe care îți permiți să le pui în folosință. Poate nu era problemă dacă cazul meu ar fi fost unul izolat, dar sunt destule persoane care au semnalat această practică (atât pe Booking, cât și pe Google Maps) - probabil e vina mea că am ales să îmi pun încrederea în această proprietate. Sper sincer ca cei de la Booking să ia măsuri în acest sens și să vă blocheze accesul pe platformă.

Celelalte review-uri in care se zicea că r frig au dreptate..in mijlocul lunii decembrie caloriferele sunt aproape reci și nu e alta metoda de încălzire decât păturile extra ..dezamăgitor. Daca puteam da mai puțin de o stea o făceam

Well... We booked this place for 3 nights. What to say...
First - the accomodations are good. The rooms are spacious, there are a lot of power sockets where to charge everything. The rooms are clean. Everything is very good, the rooms just need some minor renovation and it will be perfect. My top downside ar ethe lack of anty mosquito nets on the windows and the low pressure of the water in the shower. If those two things were ok I was going to be much more satisfied. There is a small courtyard, good kitchen. Big advantage are the two parking spots in front of the property. They need to be marked as some times one car is parked and it is using the both spaces, resulting in the fact that I was unable to use one of them, thus paying 30 RON for the whole day on the street. This is very annoying.
Service was good. No issues communicating with the manager of the property. Payment is via bank transfer or cash. Good instructions how to self check in.
Location - also good. 30 minutes from the old town via quiet park, bus stop near. Enough parking spaces... All in all good location, communicative.

In general - I would love to return there, and see the place renovated. It will be even better!

Room and ensuite were very clean and tidy and the bed was comfy. Kitchen provided was helpful but separated from room.

Location is close to the station but not very close to any metro and old town. The price makes up for this though.
