If I could give zero stars I would. This place is a sorry excuse for a medical group. Dr Holmes is a thorough turtle and often skips over patients to see others who weren't waiting 2 hours already. The earliest appointment still gets seen late

No matter when you schedule your appointment, you WILL BE WAITING IN THE OFFICE FOR HOURS. I make sure to get dr Holmes' first appointment of the day, and he's still 20 minutes late. I figured he was diligently answering phone questions from other patients, but when I've called the office for my own medical needs/referral needs, it still takes weeks for Dr Holmes to help me out. So he slowly takes his time in getting to patients, completely disregards their appointment time, and doesn't seem to care about whether or not your referral is made. I've waited for a few months to see if the process improves, hoping my first experience was a fluke. It really wasn't. DDr Holmes is one of the less condescending doctors I've met, but it's really not worth the rude lack of concern about my time and the schedule they made.

Older patients require more time to review simply because they usually have more health issues than younger patients. Dr. Holmes knows this so he takes the time to properly evaluate them. Would patients rather their doctor push them through like sheep herders?

I love Dr Holmes been seeing him for years he is the best. Unfortunately the staff at this office sucks. Takes them forever to do anything. Wait time is about 3 hrs in waiting room and another 1/2 hr in room. Also about 2 months to get and appt when you call in no matter how urgent it is. Medical assistant always makes mistakes and never get my information correct. What happened to Melba?

This doctor needs to retire! If you don't mind making an appointment and then sitting in the waiting room for 3 hours and another hour in the room, then you will like this doctor. In addition to this, getting a prescription called into your pharmacy will take at least four days and don't expect a phone call to let you know it has finally been called in. The doctor likes to talk a lot but rarely about what you are there for for and don't expect to have any of your health issue resolved after your visit.

Worst clinic ever wait is 3-4 hrs past appointment time will be lounging not doing anything have u waiting doesn’t value or respect ppls time . Hates his job talks over u when you want to state your own concerns for your health and rushes u out the door . Assistants have no professionalism about them selves and should not be in the medical profession. Sick waste of money and should be embarrassed to call there selves a medical group more like a disgusting joke please save time n money go else we’re get the help u need save ur time n money
