The care team is excellent, knowledgable, and compassionate. The clinic team clearly cares deeply about its patients and that they want to make every clinic appointment meaningful (even if that means it can run behind a bit).

My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Balderrama since she was born. This year she turned 10. Throughout these 10 years she has received amazing service from this pediatrician. He is very thorough and addresses all of the concerns that I have. I’ll admit that there have been moments of long wait times and some frustration but I wouldn’t change it for quicker service where my child is rushed out because of their schedules. Now I have a 5 month old and she is also a patient there and will continue being until she’s no longer a child.

For those of you complaining of waiting to long let me tell you something... I am an NP student following Dr B for my pediatric clinical rotation and I am in awe of his practice. He is the kind of doctor that will take the time to listen to all of your concerts, talk to your children, observe and evaluate them from top to bottom. He never ones rushes out of the room and believe me, his schedule is full. He is not caring a computer into the room and stare at a screen the entire visit but chooses to spend more time charting after the visit ends just so he could interact with you and your little ones. So let me tell you the wait is all worth it. I have been going to the same pediatric since my oldest who is 18 now was a little baby but now I am switching doctors because the quality of care is top notch, I rather wait one hour in the waiting room for what he has to offer.I wish you people will judge this place based on service received rather than the wait time.

Today my child was scheduled for "four-month" vaccination shots. We have had several conversations with this office about scheduling the appointment. Mind you, this same office had already performed my child's "two-month" vaccination shots.

Since my car is down, my spouse had to take a taxi to make this appointment. When she arrived she was told that the four-month shots won't be due until May 5, about 20 days later. So 3 hours later and $40 poorer, my spouse arrived back home and told me the news. Did I mention that I am presently unemployed and that $40 dollars is one-six of all the income I see in a week?

Even though it is Passover today, I don't think I would have been forgiven for all the cursing I gave this place. You would think "someone" there knows how to read medical records, especially since they are the ones who performed the "two-month" shots, and who also contacted us first telling us it was time for baby's "four-month" shots.

I don't know the character, skill, education or quality of the doctor there but if the staff makes these kinds of "plain sight" mistakes, I can no longer have confidence in this pediatrician's practice being able to keep my child's treatment without error or issue, not to mention having me waste precious resources. My child won't be coming back there.

My children have always gone there , had a really bad experience at check in on 2/14/2024, my parents take my children to doctors and have never encountered any difficulties with having my parents take my children, MANAGEMENT, CEO AND SUPERVISORS ARE HORRIBLE HERE, I ASKED TO HAVE HIPPA FORMS SENT VIA PORTAL EMAIL OR FAX , they denied and states that my mom will have copies, yet I am asked to sign a written statement of who take my children, I sent document to them. And refused it as I was on the phone with them and Manager Stated , " I WILL NOT accept this . Argumentative and raised her voice CEO MANAGEMENT VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, 2/12/2024

This one star its for Jesenia from the front desk .we had an appointment at 4:30 and because we were late 3 minutes from the courtesy time do to traffic all the way from Buckeye. They couldn't see my son . The other lady was trying to see if he could see the Doctor at the same time than my daughter,but Jesenia didnt let her .DR Balderra it's a good pediatrician and had no complaints about him .

I like Dr. Balderamma but the wait time is ridiculous forrreal i get there for my appointment say its at a 11:00am I have to wait like a half an hour or an hour to get into a room and sometimes iwill be the only one there its dumb and then when the baby's sick and i call To come in they give me a appointment like 3days or week after like no i need a appointment today or tomorrow not in a week or 3 days its crazy. To be honest its not even worth your time to fill out papers for your child to go there. Also the girls that work in the front are mean asf too always giving Attitude.

Yeah not very good the wait time was 2 HOURS for first appointment than once in the room another 15-30 minutes. A simple trip to the doctor turned into all day task. Needless to say I'm looking into a new pediatricians office...
