Everything started out fine. I got a 5x5 unit for some miscellaneous items. It was $45 which is reasonable. Then they implemented a mandatory renter's insurance which cost $13 a month which put me at $57. About a month ago I got a notice that the unit price was going up another $10. Now we are at almost $70. I am tired of being nickeled and dimed to death in this economy so I promptly packed up my belongs and started vacating my unit. Much to my horror, I find that rats or mice had chewed through several plastic storage bins and my belongings are covered in mouse pee and poop. There is a huge field next to the place so clearly there is going to be vermin. They have a few traps but it isn't getting the job done. Now I understand the reason for the "mandatory insurance".

Very nice lady name Beverly and her daughter. Really nice and clean storage. I would highly recommend this place over others. Very trust worthy. I have rented from other places, and wished I found this place a long time ago. Because I don’t have to worry about anyone getting into my storage that is not supposed to. Thank you Beverly.

I was actually worried about having my things here at first because of how the surrounding area looks but my things have been there for over a year and in my opinion the place is probably the best storage I've had, and I have had storage units most of my life... good prices, very clean and well taken care of... I consolidated another 2 units I had into my unit here and it has been a great decision

I have had a unit here for 5-6 years. It is a nice, clean facility with excellent prices. Bev has always been easy to work with. One time my latch wasn’t secured properly and Bev was quick to let me know so I could fix it.

I don't have a storage Shed there but my friend does. Mine is in Lakehead and this one has a bathroom that is spotless and smells good. I am so thankful for your care and kindness to use your bathroom. I wish my Storage Shed owners were as considerate as you and would have a bathroom like/porta potty as you do. I have had to go and had to hold it for hors before. You must be very caring and wonderful and commpasionate people, thank you and God bless you very much for your time and consideration of all the other people around you.

I Find B & T Whitehouse Storage With Bev, Excellent ! !
As I have said before they have Security Cameras ? And They Use Them ! !
I know because I was checking something out at the front gate one dark night before closing and they stopped me / got my attention at the road to ask me what I was doing.
I knew then and there that THEY DO THEIR JOBS WATCHING OUT FOR THE PLACE ! ! Ed Gross ; - )
