First, let me say that I didn't eat here - I was so disgusted that I couldn't. I had driven down from Dallas and was CRAVING Chick-fil-a. I stopped at this location and decided to use the restroom before eating - I walked into the bathroom and there were crickets dead everywhere. Just laying there. I was so disgusted not only by the fact that there's so many insects in there, but that nobody had bothered to clean it up. I wondered how many must be back there in the kitchen. Anyway, I lost my appetite. As I was walking out I saw that they had converted a good chunk of the restaurant to a makeshift "employee only" area. It was just sort of thrown together haphazardly and I could see a computer and a messy work area. Cleanliness and quality are the two things I've always trusted about Chick-fil-a, but this location killed it. I will never feel the same way about this company again.

Not coming back to this location. You have rude workers tapping their fingers on the counter while we wash our hand like say hurry up. Very rude. Then on the way into restroom one workers pushes door so hard and almost hits my daughter and didn't even apologize. Very surprised I encountered this behavior/service. I have always had positive experiences at other locations. Don't know if it would even matter letter the manager on duty know. He looks like he's very comfortable and friendly with the rest of the workers. Doesn't seem like hell tell the other worker anything.

This location is fine food wise, it’s chic fil a they rarely miss on food quality. However I do not appreciate the laziness of the engineers or architects who designed this building, and the cheapness of the owned to not renovate better. It is almost impossible to get into the drive thru, as they have blocked off all the entrances except one for whatever reason. It is impossible to access or exit handicapped spaces in any capacity, so I wonder how that is even legal. I wish the owners would spend the many millions this location brings to renovate the parking lot to relieve all of these issues. As I’d rather just go to another chic fil a nearby rather than deal with this most of the time

I ordered the kale salad side and nuggets. Nuggets were really salty but then the side salad was full of dressing, it’s more like a soup than a salad. Disgusting

Ordered 12 count nuggets. Got home to find there being 8 pieces. Called twice & no one answered. States to leave a voicemail but then voicemail is full. Order #10151354. $7.57 to get 12 nuggets (no meal), then not get the nuggets Please refund partially or give me the additional 4 nuggets.

Disgusting. As we all may know Chick-fil-A is known for its upmost hospitality and great quality food, well today I had a very unsettling experience that is going to keep me from ever going to another Chick-fil-A. I ordered a Cobb salad and a deluxe chicken sandwich meal as I’m about to take my second bite of my Sandwich I see something black on my pickle.. which caught my attention. I proceeded to pull the pickle off the sandwich and noticed a bug!!!!! And it’s was lodged in the pickle in the sandwich so I know it wasn’t just a bug landing on my food. It’s been on the sandwich. First thing I did was take a picture and call Chick-fil-A. Never in my 25 years of living have I ever had a bug in my food and I definitely didn’t expect this from Chick-fil-A. As I call Chick-fil-A and finally get ahold of someone I explain the full situation and he proceeded to brush everything off and say “that this is something his store has never had happen and that there’s no way there was no way the bug came from them, which basically is him completely brushing me off.. he asked me what I want I want to do about the situation and said the best he can offer is a REMAKE of the sandwich not even the full meal as if I wanted to go back and get another meal when I just see a bug in my food. I lost complete appetite to the point I could not stop gagging after I spit the bite out. The manger (Grant) was extremely rude and was not helpful at all very unfortunate visit.
