We needed maintenance on my dad’s septic tank and Brian came out…far past normal business hours to do his magic. He was kind and efficient and also a friend from high school, such a nice surprise! He gave us some helpful tips and put my dad’s mind at ease. Thank you Brian and B & R Septic Services, we appreciate you so very much!! 10/10 would highly recommend!!

My septic tank was full and my house couldn't drain. I called and Linda had their technician Tim come over that day which was great! Tim really knew what he was doing and worked diligently to get my tank pumped out. We also had a clog from the tank to the leach field and he was able to clear that area without bringing in the jetter at extra expense. I can't say enough about how pleased we are with their service (2nd time they've been to my house - the 1st time was excellent service too in 2017 but I didn't write a review then.)

Had septic problem that took $200 in materials and three days (3 or 4 hrs per day for foreman and two teenagers) and was charged $7, 000 dollars for repairs owing to “winter rates.” Ripoff artists.

My dads dad took over the company and he says that Roto rooter make the job worst and I once in a while go to work with him and he can get the job done fast clean and good

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! WE HAVE CALLED NUMEROUS TIMES AND THEY WILL NOT RETURN OUR CALLS. THEY ACT FRIENDLY AND WILLING TO HELP WHEN YOU CALL FOR ASSISTANCE BUT THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THROUGH AND WORK WITH YOU. THEY NEED TO RETIRE!
