They installed my new A/C unit and a year later A/C completely stopped working, I called them in the morning got some one come out at the end of the day changed me $199.95 and said I need a new part that will cost me $2,858.00 and I have to wait 3-4 business days. I agreed and thought that man was honest but 2 days later I called the office for fallows up she said I have to wait for 2 weeks to get the part that they ordered , i already lost my 2 days business listen to them and I can’t wait any longer so I called a different company come out and they found a leeks in copper line outside they be able to fixed right away and cost me much cheaper, my A/C working great now. Imagination, if I spend almost $2,858.00 for the part and wait for another 2 weeks and my A/C still not working ?‍♀️?.

Had repair man come out fixed a 15.00 part that I was charged 90.00 for. Plus 100.00 service charge. I asked him several times was "everything " ok and looked at. Next day it was down again! Another service charge for a clogged line that could of been caught very easily if he looked the day before. My phone calls were pushed under the rug. They refuse to work with me on this! Will not use again.

From start to finish, the experience was pleasant. Technician Alex came out to assess the equipment. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. We hired them to replace the air handler. The team that came out was also very professional, respectful and courteous.

The new air handler is working as expected.

They installed my AC. Lied about how many tons it was and that it would cool my whole house. When I complained I was told *you signed the contract*. Well ya because a supposed professional told me it was good.
They also lied about replacing the copper pipes the ac needed. Found out from a plumber 7 months later that it had been installed wrong and was leaking. Called every week to try to get help. They waited until it had been a year to respond. Told me it's out of warranty and my problem.
0/10 would NOT recommend! Unprofessional liars that cost us thousands of dollars.

I came home from work and realized that the fan was running on the ac, but it was 84 degrees in the house. I use B&B at my office so I called them. It was after 6 and within a few minutes their tech Mike called.
I have hydrocephalus and not having air would be miserable for me. I told him my issue and he decided to help.
His professionalism, concern and understanding was amazing. Not only did he fix the problem, he checked everything out to make sure it didn’t happen again.
This is what happens when you have a company who cares about customers and have employees who care.
You need HVAC systems or have issues or repairs, calling B&B will be your best call.

B&B does a great job. I'm amazed that so many people have put bad reviews. Every interaction I've had with them have been very good. Friendly, timely. Solved my issues and air is putting out ice cold air now. Price is reasonable and in line with other places.

I see a lot of comments say they don’t understand how B&B could have 4+⭐️’s or so and that’s considering most of the time people only leave comments when they’re disgruntled. I must say I’ve known B&B for a long time and there a family operation who truly care about their customers unlike 90% of other companies. Let’s just say some people you can never make happy.

Yeah I had warranty work done recently on my air condition cost me $407 for warranty work bunch of crooks rip off. Nice job for warranty work bunch of crooks would not recommend these people to nobody even people I don't like.
