We have had problems with our water boiler this winter and the first person that came out in December from B&C Plumbing and Heating worked on it. Fast forward to the last 2 weeks, we started having more issues. Called them back to come out 2 more times. The first time they looked at it and noticed the boiler just needed to be reset. We through out the week we kept having to reset it. So we called them back out. They realized that the person that came out in December adjusted the boiler fuel intake wrong. We didn't get charged for the additional 2 visits. This is great customer care! We would recommend them to anyone.

B & C have been great every single time! They have been honest, timely, reasonably priced, and helped us resolve issues with our AC, water heater, furnace, and sump pump. We highly recommend their service and trust their work.

Not impressed with the technician that came out to determine why our central air stopped working. He looked at the unit and said it was low on refrigerant and said I needed a new one and quoted me almost 5k with install for the unit. Never determined the source of the leak to determine how big the leak was.

I would NEVER recommend them to friends or family.

I'm normally not one to blast on social media, but this is the worst we've ever been treated by a business.

Someone came out to check our furnace this morning and said they weren't sure how to fix it, but stated someone with more experience would be out later. 4 pm rolls around, and still no one..

We called and got nothing but lies... they claimed someone had come out again and no one did, made up things that were never wrong in the first place, and claimed they called me even though they never had my number...

It would have been one thing if they were honest and told us they didn't know what to do in the first place. But they made us wait all day in sub zero temps to end up just blatantly lying to us. Very unethical, poor customer service.

I recently had a boiler installed by B&C and cannot overstate my satisfaction with the Company, products and most importantly the technicians. They arrived on time and wore protective covering on their shoes anytime they were in the home. The techs explained in detail what they were going to do and they went right to work. When the work was done the explained the operation of the new boiler and left the work area cleaner than when they arrived. The techs were courteous and meticulous about their work. About a week after the installation, the tech called me to make sure everything was working properly and asked if I had any questions. I would definitely recommend B&C to anyone in need of the services they provide. Great job!

Had to call back twice due to gas leaking, water leaking, no hot water, job never completed. Sent Bill to collection. Rude and never followed up after called receptionist stated she would talk to owner and call me back. She never called. Never heard from them until collections letter came. Very disappointed when I had to pay someone else to fix what they didn’t.

Air conditioner fan quit working during one of the hottest times of the summer. I called about a repair and was called back quickly. The repair person was out within 20 minutes. He was very cordial, efficient and effective. I couldn't be more pleased.
