Best decision you will ever make using this company for all of your RV repairs. Alex, who is your central point of contact handles contract work, warranty work, scheduling repairs and parts orders, is awesome. She kept us informed during the entire process. Techs Brandon and Ricky are sociable, knowledgeable and very informative. The whole team makes you feel comfortable during the entire repair process. Great team, great work!

I am writing to provide some feedback regarding my recent experience with B-Easy's service.

I recently purchased a brand new 2025 Riverstone, which required a microwave and a fan. The initial process seemed straightforward, with a quoted price of $150. However, when I received a follow-up call for more information, the price had unexpectedly increased to $175. Looking back, this should have been a red flag.

Despite the initial confusion, I proceeded with the service based on a recommendation from Ron Hoover. I shared numerous pictures and was assured that the installation wouldn't take too long. Unfortunately, this was just the beginning of a series of misleading interactions.

I was informed that the technician would arrive with a notice when they were close, and I would need to provide an entire day window for their arrival. When they didnt call and just showed up, they took a few pictures and left within five minutes. When I inquired about the delay, I was told that obtaining parts from Riverstone takes a considerable amount of time and money from their pocket to buy the parts.

Months went by, and my frustration grew due to the continued lack of clarity and misleading information. In an attempt to resolve the issue, I reached out to Riverstone directly. To my surprise, they responded promptly with all the necessary details and information. The discrepancy between what Riverstone told me and the information I received from B-Easy was completely different.

After numerous text exchanges with the B-Easy representative, I decided to have Riverstone send the parts directly to me for self-installation. Additionally, the info recieved from Riverstone and B-easy didn't line up.

Throughout this entire process, I consistently had to follow up for updates. Despite promises to get back to me, I rarely received any responses. I even requested email documentation of the entire situation, but that never materialized. There was no way of knowing when they would ever come to do my work. This is a fail of the customer service from that company.

In hindsight, I deeply regret both the financial expenditure and, more importantly, the time wasted on this company.

These guys are great. Took my used (new to me lol) camper out for the first time and when I plugged it in - no AC! Called these guys after tying to figure things out by myself and was greeted on the phone on a Sunday after hours and Brandon helped walk me through some things without even hesitation. We were unable to resolve the issue so he sent his tech Justin out the following morning to the RV park in Waller. When Justin came out he diligently problem solved and consulted with me until eventually we figured out the issue and got it running! These guys saved our vacation! Definitely would recommend! While out I asked for quotes for several other items and fully intend to get them to do the work. Excellent customer service all the way!

I was referred to B Easy by a local RV dealership whose service backlog was ver long. B Easy was a breeze to work with - very responsive to calls and texts, and quickly diagnosed the problem and recommended the solution once they were on site. They worked closely with the RV manufacturer since this was a warranty claim, and that was smooth as well. Recommend, and would use again!

Service was horrible from the start. If Incould give 0 stars I would. Showed up to diagnose camper. Left that day and there was hydraulic oil all over RV, RV was completely un-level to the point the shower would not drain. Called and spoke to secretary who stated Brandon would call. Never got a call to explain what happened. After the 5th phone call and numerous issues, he finally called my husband with nothing but excuses. Communication was horrible. I had to call or txt to get an update. Been pushed off for 3 weeks now. This started at the beginning of April and we are now in the later part of May. One day they are saying they promise parts are there and they will be out the following week and then that week comes and they say they don’t have all parts and it’s going to be possibly 2 more weeks but they are having the missing parts expedited. Then once we’ve had enough of their games and start questioning their ability they become rude and tell us we are just sending your parts back. When they originally showed up we had 2 main concerns 1. water leak from under camper (never checked) 2. Auto leveling not working. Along with a few other problems and one that I fixed because they were using it as an excuse to push the work out longer. Avoid at all cost! I now have to contact forest river and let them know the work was not completed and will not be completed by them. They also blocked me on Facebook because I left a bad review and told them I would post pics of endless promises they made. Then they unblocked me and had friends add a bunch of positive reviews. Very unprofessional!

One of my guests rammed the AC against a low roof and it needed to be replaced. He called his buddy at B Easy and they did a HORRIBLE job on my AC install. Not only that, the they wanted to charge me to come out and look at their own work to repair it. It has been 3 months and 3 different techs and I am still having issues from their poor service.
