I felt it necessary to make a review as this business deserves 5 stars! I'm new to septic tank ownership and have called B &J septic with questions several times and was quickly helped over the phone. Today I needed someone to come out and check my septic tank as it was about to back up into the house. I called b&j septic and they came out asap and they were on time. Garrett was so friendly and knowledgeable, he called me before with a detailed arrival time. I would recommend them to anyone and I will surely use them again in the future. There needs to be more good reviews when there are good businesses. It seems so rare to have good business practice these days. Thanks Garrett!

In December 2022 I hired them to pump our septic tank. They had to dig quite a bit to get to the tank. They pumped it, everything works great now but they never came back to fill the hole. We've called several times. It is now May and the hole has not been filled.

This company was able to come in less than 24 hours. Found and fixed the problem. Butch took the time to explain everything, in detail, and gave me several options moving forward. I couldn't have asked for a better professional! I had Ted Brown's Pumping (DON'T EVER USE!) here a month ago to pump my tank and didn't complete the job and tore up my covers. Left me with a board with a rock covering the hole. Brown's refused to come back after getting paid.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. We used their services 6 years ago when we bought our home and had great luck with them. Unfortunately, we needed their services just recently and have had HORRIBLE service. Poor customer service, no one showed up when they said they were going to and we never got a phone call. The only time we had any updates of a timeline was when we would call them (multiple times mind you just to get someone to answer). We kept getting the run-around about why no one was coming out or why no one would call us. This all went on for a MONTH!

This is no company you want to deal with!!! They will do poor work at best and overcharge you at every turn. They started a septic install on Feb 28th and said they would need to come back to finish the leach field after it dried up. Many text, calls, letters and voicemails its now July 19th and I still have grey water draining into my yard. Wont return my $ or my calls... had to take him to court to get my money back. Worthless owner.

This company is very nice. Called today needing our septic pumped ASAP they were at our door in two hours. The workers are amazing they came an talked to me before and after told me what they’ll be doing and what they may have to do. Very friendly employees! Will definitely be calling them again in the future.
