I can't rate this place highly enough. I paid roughly $1,700 to my local auto dealership to get a brake controller and 7-pin electrical connector installed on my vehicle so I could tow a travel trailer (I live in a smaller town without a lot of options). I suspected something was wrong with the wiring due to error messages our vehicle was displaying on our trip. We took it to B&M when we got to Phoenix. Luis discovered that they had wired it incorrectly and we had no trailer brakes. They had also mounted the 7-pin connector so it blocked one of the openings for the safety chains. On short notice, Luis worked on the vehicle for 2 1/2 hours to fix the wiring, move the 7-pin connector and weld it in place. B&M only charged me for 1/2 hour of time plus $10 for a part that was needed. Luis was incredibly knowledgeable and they charged me way less than they could have.

We paid 600 to get a hitch installed a wired in a they couldn’t do there job right. They didn’t wire it in an refuses to call me back to fix the problem. Will seek legal action an do not recommend going to them

THIS IS NOT A STAND UP COMPANY! Do not let all the 5 star reviews fool you, If they make a mistake, they do not step up.
We paid them $4000 to install a towing package and braking system on a new car. Their work caused a short in the system. They denied they caused it, (we have proof they did), and said they couldn't fix it. The problem they caused required us to go to a reputable mechanic for repairs, costing us around $700. We asked for a $700 refund and crickets. Not even a reply. TERRIBLE BUSINESS. Do not use them.

Now you see it, now you don’t. The generator rack for our travel trailer which was built by B & M Bumper in Glendale, Arizona in early April of this year fell apart two weeks ago. We lost not only the rack, but generator, spare tire, gas cans and other miscellaneous items. By the time we return to retrieve the wreckage some good Samaritans had dragged the wreckage to the side of the road and had already taken the generator. We went home to unhook the trailer and went back in about 30 minutes later and the rest of the rack was also gone by that point. Spent a week and a half getting nowhere with B & M Bumper. I was told that the owner of the company, Doug Reid, was out of town and could not be disturbed even though they admitted he was reachable via cell phone.Finally, this morning, over two weeks after this unfortunate incident happened the owner of the B & M Bumper finally decided to return my call. Unfortunately for him, it’s a little too late. Thank God when this fell off the back of my trailer that nobody got hurt or killed. My attorney is already involved so Doug's call was a little too little too late. Unfortunately, I did have a 20 year business relationship with this company involving other trailer hitches and wiring installed on other vehicles and trailer maintenance work. I won’t be back.

Extremely efficient staff. Foreman Luis assisted us on the phone before we brought our motorhome and car to resolve our issue. Luis resolved our issue quickly and efficiently!! They are awesome. We would recommend their service to anyone in need.

This is HANDS DOWN the best repair shop I’ve ever been to.
What started off as a disaster of a trip from New Mexico to Arizona turned right around thanks to this place!
Our 1984 Casita Travel Trailer needed some electrical/ wiring work and they jumped junto action and didn’t stop until they found the issues and resolved it.
They explained everything to me (a single young female) who they easily could’ve screwed over and charged too much. Their pricing was more than fair & to be quite honest, whenever I need anything done to this camper I will happily make the 5 hour drive to have these guys work on it.

We were blown away by the incredible service and friendly employees. Travis did an amazing job installing our hitch and they did it for us same day because we were leaving town. Bring dog treats, because there are some adorable office staff.
