Make sure to count the number of items you bring in. They will give you a ticket that shows 6 items (correctly) but when you pick up the ticket will be modified to 4. Then the clerk will call you a liar and not even admit it was a mistake.

Hate to give this rating but since COVID they cannot get the dry cleaning done in a timely fashion. I tried to drop off Saturday morning and was told it wouldn’t be done until Friday afternoon. We are too far past COVID to keep using that as an excuse for poor customer service. I went to another dry cleaner and the clothes will be ready on Tuesday and the price was lower. Going to be tough to stay in business when we have faster and cheaper options available.

Used them a few times but switched to a cleaner of wax pool road now. Gave them a $1,000 Italian suit to clean and got it back with most of the buttons broken. They said they were cheap plastic ones. Yeah right! If you hold a lighter against them - they don’t melt. And sorry, I doubt a tailor in Italy uses cheap buttons on a suit like that. Refund - zero. Apology - zero. They don’t even wrap (as I found out) the buttons in aluminum foil for protection. Next I had my winter parka altered. Had them sew on a patch - simple - right? Not so! The old lady doing the alteration actually sewed it through the pitcher layer, the filling and the inner layer. Now that part of the parks is permanently crumpled up. Apology - zero.these guys are likely the worst dry cleaner within a 20 mile radius and their attitude....like the soup Nazi.

Do not use this cleaner. When I picked up our clothes and got them home, I realized that they smelled really terrible - disgusting in fact. I took them back the next day and the lady said that she will try to get the smell out ... try?! Went back to pick them up and, while better, they still smelled, but she kept saying "it's fine, it's fine" - it's not fine and hopefully my clothes arent ruined. Since I now have to take them to another dry cleaner, I asked for a refund for the cleaning and she refused. The worst part is that upon researching the smell, I found out that it is because they dont clean their detergent filters as they should so the solution used to "clean" the clothes is full of dirt and scents from other people's clothing - gross.

I Brought my Ralph Lauren Blazer to get cleaned. When my daughter picked it up she didn't check and days later when I try to wear I realize they gave the wrong blazer. In exchange they gave a chip blazer one size smaller. They refuse to give the right blazer arguing it was my mistake for not checking at the time it was picked up. Even one star is too much for this place.

I am new to the area and looking for a place for my clothes. With the amount of 1 star reviews here I'm wondering why the owner/manager has not responded to any of them. This might be the most 1 star reviews I've seen. Although I have not personally used this place I will look for other options because of this.
My recommendation to the owner. Respond to these issues. Just a thought
