I am furious to say the least!!! Just got my nails done in this place today. Made an appointment over the phone with Elena @ 11:15 am. Arrived at 11:10 am and the young lady at the front desk said she would let her know I was there. A few minutes later another woman showed up that had an appointment same time as me with Elena. Elena came to the front and attended the other woman. Then the girl in the reception was like “your appointment shows cancelled”. I was like no I even got a text and showed her. Then she goes to tell me you okay to see someone else? Well I had a busy day and really couldn’t wait 2 hours for Elena. I asked her who it was and she said Elsa. I said I had not heard of her and she told me she is new and she is really good. So I said okay. BIG MISTAKE!!!! ? She was so rough with me and my nails (which were not cheap btw) are a complete DISASTER!!! ? She even changed the shape of my nails and did not cut my cuticles…...? I am furious and so hurt honestly. I am not the type to complain nor write reviews but this I can’t let pass. Just look at the pictures. Just got them done today. ? I even tipped her $18.00!!!!!! Please stay away from this place.

It's a shame that I can't rate Estrella -0 for this place. My experience has been terrible, and I will describe it in the following ways:

1- Deceived: Initially upon entering, I asked how much the French manicure and pedicure were, to which I was told $78. However, when I showed them the photo of the French design I wanted, which was nothing unusual, the price suddenly changed to $118.00. This seems abusive to me, and when I asked about the difference in the price, they couldn't give me any explanation other than that they do it differently from all other salons and use powder... hello, all other salons use powder. Regrettable.

2- Aggravated: Out of nowhere, the girl who was doing my nails suddenly put the brush for dusting hands in my face, saying I had dust on it, which surprised me and I find it very disrespectful to a customer.

If you want your nails done well, please do not go to this place. Believe me, the experience will be terrible, and it's not worth it. Now I understand why they were the only salon open on Easter Sunday... never again will I go to this place. It's better to wait for the place that you may be used to go than to go to this place. DO NOT GO." I usually go to Lovely Nails the one in Sheridan but they were closed.. BE POSH sucks!! please save your time and money and do not GO.

Conclusion: My nails ended up looking like my 5-year-old son did them. Here are the photos for you to judge and see the thickness and lifting of them... they don't look natural or pretty at all, horrible, wide, thick, and it looks like a child did them.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting Be Posh with my girlfriend, and I must say it was nothing short of a disaster. We entrusted them with a simple nail service, only to be greeted by what I can only describe as one of the worst service and nail technicians imaginable.

My girlfriend's nails ended up resembling a kindergarten art project gone wrong. The design was not just "a little crooked," as the technician casually mentioned; it was downright atrocious. The laughable excuse for craftsmanship was met with nothing but indifference and a dismissive attitude.

To add insult to injury, when we tried to address our concerns, the staff shrugged off the issue without any genuine attempt to rectify the situation. The manager told us “we don’t do refunds”

The lack of professionalism and customer care at Be Posh is truly astonishing.

I had high hopes for this salon, but it's clear that their commitment to quality is sorely lacking. Save yourself the disappointment and steer clear of Be Posh for any nail services. I wouldn't wish this horrendous experience on anyone. (Attached is a photo for reference, as seeing is truly believing.)

Le doy 3 estrellas muy lindo el lugar y el decorado de las uñas pero justamente hoy me las hice hay y no me duraron ni 3 horas por que se me callo una uña y ni cuenta me di que se callo la uña en gel por que ni me dolió significa que no la pegaron bien y me quieren cobrar por reorganizar la uña que no hicieron bien ellos

I am visiting from Tampa & needed my nails and toes done before sailing tonight on my cruise. I decided to try Be Posh because of all the great reviews and I wasn’t disappointed at all!! My nails & feet were a wreck when I came in and they look so beautiful now. The technician was extremely patient and through! I wish this place was located in Tampa bec they would be my go to place for my nails and toes! The salon is really clean and the decor is super posh! The staff was so attentive and very nice. I am beyond happy with the service received!! Thank y’all so much!!

I have to applaud this salon for their customer service and how they well they accommodated me as a walk-in. They communicated they didn’t have anyone available but after talking over to one of the techs they said they could help me at least with my pedicure. I waited at most 15 mins before I was helped by Modesta. When I went to pay she then had someone available for my manicure. I congratulate Mercedes for her welcoming personality and willingness to help. Modesta and Natalia, my nails came out great! I left super pleased with their excellent service. Very rare to find nowadays, I felt right at home. Thank you!

Quality of work is not the greatest. Also bad management. I have scheduled an appt twice with a particular manicurist and both times there has been an issue. The first time I went to my appt and she was double booked so she was working with another client. The second time I went for my appt it turns out she doesn’t even work that day.
