Very disappointed with Dr. Becker in particular. I have been a patient at Cleveland hill medical group for about 5 years. I have mostly seen Patricia (Trish) N.P & she has been pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately I had an emergency & called after hours (10 :30pm) to get some medical advice. Dr. Becker was very rude! He made me feel like I was a burden to call to get some medical advice. I thought that's what doctors are for? To make matters worse the office called Monday & I let them know how disappointed I was with Dr. Becker & to let Trish know. Next thing I know I'm receiving a letter sent certified mail saying they are no longer accepting me as a patient since I said I wasn't happy with the care I received. Very unprofessional. Instead of saying you know what I may have come off a certain way I apologise. Dr Becker's response is go find someone else. Glad to know I'm just a drop in a bucket to them & I will gladly find a new doctor. One that will show more empathy to their patients. Sorry Trish you have always been great unfortunately Dr. "Time to retire" Becker hasn't been.

I have read all the negative reviews. I had a very positive experience.
It was urgent that I get into to see Dr. Becker. My gynecologist noticed a spike in my blood pressure and wanted me to see a PCP right away.
Dr.Becker examined me and sent me for blood work. Turns out I have hypertension and Dr. Becker was very helpful in explaining this to me.
Dr.Becker put me at ease and explained the medications he was prescribing. I felt he was warm and understood I was stressed by this turn of events. Dr. Becker is professional and I feel confident in his care. Give him a try.

The cute nurse that does weigh ins is the only good thing about this doctors office. All the negative reviews are pretty dead on here. He is a very rude non compassionate doctor. I thought too myself maybe his bedside manner is lacking but his skills were good. *buzzer sounds* wrong!!! This guy has made countless mistakes the few years I was with him. When an older doctor is still accepting new patients that should be your first red flag.

Dr. Becker's nurse is very unprofessional. Instead of being a patient advocate, she is an adversary. She is rude and very unpleasant. Trust me, you don't want to encounter her. Dr. Becker has a dismissive attitude regarding ones health issues. He is harsh and insensitive and makes one feel inferior. Save yourself a bad experience and find another doctor. There are tons to choose from. You don't want this one!

Dr. Becker continues to be rude, unprofessional and cold to patients and their family members. I have had several interactions with this doctor in which he talks over you, not allowing you to finish a sentence to explain your problem. My father had gone to him with issues and his answer was, lose weight, you'll feel better. Only to find out that there was an underlying medical condition, a brain tumor. That was the cause of his falling, weak muscle and depression. I tried talking to him about my father and he was horrible, at times, almost yelling at me. I left his practice due to this and the fact that he wanted to discontinue my grandmothers feeding tube, stating " she is 95." His care towards my grandmother was my deciding factor to leave his practice. I have had a few people tell me how they left his practice because of his lack or empathy and questioning his medical advice. Even medical professionlas have commented how difficult he is to deal with. There are plenty of doctors in the WNY area who care, and really want to help. Dr. Becker is not one of them.

Worst primary physician I have EVER SEEN. Horrible doctor, horrible record keeping, horrible bedside manner and impossible to get through to doctor you will reach the answering service 99 out if 100 times. (Even when they are open). Only 1 good thing to say and it is not about the doctor!!! Friendly receptionist and nursing staff. Would not recommend to my worst enemy

Dr. Becker has bent over backwards to make availability when I needed him. He has been honest and helpful, and I've never had an issue with him, even after I procrastinated doing my bloodwork for over a year. Oops.

Great Doctor and practice . 1st visit with Dr. Becker he was straightforward and he didn't sugar coat anything about my health . I assume that's why he receives so many bad reviews . I showed him on my next visit that I'm taking the steps he outlined to improve my health . After that he's been less harsh and come off more as jokester with a sarcastic sense of humor .
