I checked Google Reviews and found "Big B's Lock and Key LLC and called, left a message, received a response, set the time he would arrive [He was not on time and early instead which was great] as he goes by the 10 minute rule, 10 minutes early..

The work began immediately, all that I needed done was finished and even a bit of extra, the guy just knows his Business and that is all there is to it and don't let me forget he is honest and does not overcharge I also found out, kept the original quote given by phone once I described exactly what I needed..

If I was asked would I recommend him for locks and keys in vehicles and homes etc.the answer would be absolutely YES!

Mr. B was amazing. I called him while I was 5 minutes away from my home. I texted him my address and as soon as I drove into my driveway, he was already there. I did not expect him for about 5-10 minutes Mr. B quickly made new keys for my 2008 pickup and taught me how to reprogram my lost chip key if I ever found it. He was very reasonably priced and imminently professional. Another good thing is that he will tell you what his price is over the phone and does not have any hidden charges or unforeseen costs when he does the work. He is honest and fast. I cannot compliment his service enough. I will use him again for any vehicle lockout situation.
