The admission staff was quick and thorough and I was in an ER room quickly.
The nursing staff took vitals and were cheerful as was the PA. In fact I had very little waiting time before I was taken to the X-ray department and back. Of course there was a wait for the X-rays to be read, about the usual time.
The Dr. Told me the results and asked if I was ready to go home. He answered all of my questions completely and I learned a lot about treating my arthritic knee.
I felt confident as I left and am almost back to normal.

I feel it is a ridiculous practice that only one nurse can schedule cardiac catheterizations for a doctor. And it takes at least 4 days to get a procedure scheduled after receiving pre-authorization from your insurance company. It does make a person nervous after they had a positive stress test and found out poor results from their echo, so the doctor orders a cath. Why I say at least is that it still isn’t scheduled and I am symptomatic which isn’t important I guess!

They are all patient and very understanding. They're very quick check you in. Dr. Kirkpatrick listens to you ask questions to get to the bottom what's wrong with you. Renee tries to find out what's wrong with you before the doctor comes in so she can let the doctor know which is great.

Dr. Kirkpatrick as well as Andrea starman and Kristy Shepard were fast getting me in and getting doctor in to see me. Dr. Kirkpatrick is very personable and caring and it really shows that he cares about his patients and their time.

Physician was excellent as was the nurse. Several suggestions I have. 1) on the hand sanitizer: smells bother many patients and having a strongly scented sanitizer gave me a headache so perhaps pick one that is unscented completely would be a benefit for all. I know my sinuses would thank you! 2) Have a private place to go over personal information as I am not hip on everyone in the waiting room knowing my name and address at 6 feet from the desk. They used to do that in the diagnostic center when we went there.

Didn't wait too long in lobby but about 20 min. in exam room before "seeing" the doctor. As always good visit with Dr. Wilford. Lincoln is a positive asset to the department.

Dr. Perry and her staff are top notch. They are all courteous and very knowledgeable. And, Dr. Perry takes time with us and makes sure all our concerns are taken care of.
