De evitat această locație.!!!
Deși camerele sunt frumoase, cu bun gust sunt foarte mizerabile pentru un hotel care se prezintă a fi de 5 stele!!. Personal
care lasă de dorit, și o mahalagioaica de manager. Dacă nu am fi avut restul familiei cazată deja acolo nu am fi rămas!! Cearceafuri șifonate și înecate. Pardoseala murdara unde din când în când mai mișună câte o furnică!!! Cadă foarte murdară, cu o scurgere infectă ! Nu am putut profita de ea deplin din această cauză! Am cerut să ne fie schimbate prosoapele și ni s-a spus ca doar după 2 zile pot face asta. Lenjeriile deasemenea nu ne-au fost schimbate deloc pe perioada șederii, la un moment dat a trebuit să cobor în recepție să cer hârtie igienică, la micul dejun ne-a fost servită apă de la robinet pe motiv ca dacă dorim plata va trebuii să achiziționăm din bar, deși am plătit 800 lei/noapte cu mic dejun inclus.
Plata cu cardul imposibilă, Dna propietara cere transfer pe contul propriu fără bon sau factură!
Așadar dragă doamna 112 am înțeles ca știți să îl formați, poate căutați pe Google și nr celor de la DSP, ANAF ȘI POLIȚIA FINANCIARĂ!
P:s nu poți avea pretenții de 5 stele când tu te prezinți de 2,5

De evitat locatia! Ii multumim domnului de la receptie ca a incercat sa ne ajute, dar doamna “manager” lasa de dorit. Cand am ajuns era extraordinar de frig, stateam cu gecile pe noi. A trebuit sa aerisim caloriferele ca sa putem avea caldura. Cada este degeaba, iti ia in jur de 8 ore sa o umpli pentru ca nu este presiune. Am cerut ajutor de la doamna manager si in schimb ne-a dat un mare flit. O seara pierduta, in loc sa ma relaxez, am rezolvat problemele “hotelului”.

Hi, we stayed at these place for 3 days as a couple holiday. The issue start from the check in where you can’t pay by card only cash or bank transfer (we taking about a 5* location). The issues starts when YOU DONT HAVE HOT WATER to shower yourself we talking about 3 hours. These happened 3 days in a row. Second the room I understand summer time has issues with mosquitoes so a lot of dead mosquitoes on the walls. Second and the worse ever happened to me personally staying in a accommodation, I hit my leg skying and I ordered some take away food, the receptionist told me that is forbidden to have food on the room because I might get the bed sheets dirty 😅😂 and these is one of the hotel rules, told him that there’s no hotel rules written anywhere and u cannot forbid me food on my room, we talking about a deluxe 30 sq room. The receptionist is calling the manager aka The Owner, and the owner starts shouting at me on the phone, calling me a Jerk and that it her property and SHE WILL KICK ME OUT at 11PM in night. Nobody said sorry about no water in the evening for 3 days in a row!! Guys is an expensive with a no manners Owner who speaks and acts with her customers like in a Sicilian Fish Market!! Avoid these propriety!

Nu recomand aceasta cazare.
Dupa 4 zile pe munte, un drum lung si multe bagaje grele, tot ce imi doream era sa petrec o seara frumoasa cu iubitul meu si sa facem o baie calda.
Nu s-a putut pentru ca nu am primit camera pe care am rezervat-o, in schimb gazda ne-a oferit alta in care dusul a inundat toata baia si dopul de la cada nu functiona corespunzator, asa ca a durat mult pana sa reusim sa prindem niste apa in ea.
Pe langa asta, covorul era clar neaspirat, iar cada plina de gandaci, cu toate acestea doamna care detine hotelul ne-a numit pe noi nespalati pentru ca am indraznit sa ma plang la ea ca ne-a stricat o zi si o seara cu atitudinea ei mizerabila, lipsa de ospitalitate si cazarea ei de doi bani.
Ne-a mintit si cu ora la care se servea micul dejun ca sa fie sigura ca nu il prindem desi era inclus in pret.
Toate astea pentru ca a avut o disputa cu soferul de uber care ne-a lasat la cazare. Acesta a oprit in asa fel incat ea nu putea sa treaca cu masina. Cand aceasta a ajuns la cazare noi deja scoteam cele multe bagaje din masina si iubitul meu i-a spus sa astepte putin. De la acest "comentariu" a pornit problema ei fata de noi. Ea avea Mercedes si noi eram in haine de munte asa ca a preferat sa se uite scarbita la noi pentru ca nu se putea sa fim clientii ei. Ne-a tinut in fata hotelului sa ne certe ca ne-am permis sa ii spunem sa astepte si dupa s-a asigurat ca ne strica seara mult asteptata.
Cum v-am spus si in persoana: stimata doamna, va rog sa reconsiderati alegerea in materie de cariera pentru ca este clar ca industria ospitalitatii nu vi se potriveste absolut deloc.
Imi pare care ca nu se pot da stelute pe minus la review.

DO NOT STAY HERE! READ THE REVIEWS ON BOOKING FOR THIS LOCATION!
It’s hard to put into words how horrible these people are, but I will try. I just hope you believe the reviews so you don’t ruin your vacation like we did.

1. We didn't have hot water, even though we booked the "Maroc" room specifically to enjoy the bathtub. Not only were we unable to take a bath in the room’s tub, but we also didn’t have hot water for a simple shower. The owner had one excuse, the receptionist had another… just lies and nonsense.
2. We wanted to enjoy a glass of wine in our room (it’s pretty clear to everyone that this hotel is supposed to cater to couples), so we went to the reception to ask for a corkscrew. The receptionist explained that we weren’t allowed to drink our own wine in the room; we were only allowed to drink the low-quality wine they sell. They had two sad options in the fridge – red or rosé – while we wanted white wine. He went on about how he couldn’t open our bottle because of the cameras watching him… at one point, it felt like he was about to beg for a tip just to open our bottle.
3. The receptionist highlighted that the "Maroc" room came with a hookah, suggesting we enjoy it instead. Considering we couldn’t even take a shower, the last thing we wanted was to use the hookah. His response? "Oh, what a shame… I could’ve made some extra money."
4. You’re not allowed to eat in the room, but they don’t offer any food either. The restaurant exists for nothing, as they admitted they don’t hire a chef due to the small number of rooms. We barely checked in before we had to go out searching for a restaurant to get something to eat.
How does this hotel have 5 stars? I will also file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Authority (ANPC). This place is an absolute joke. We stayed one night, and the next day we went back home, completely ruining our vacation thanks to these incompetent people.
P.S.: The owners will probably respond to this review with a bunch of lies, but I’ll update it and post the photos and videos I took for ANPC if necessary

Nu am primit camera despre care am vorbit la telefon. Am fost mintit ca nu se putea selecta de pe travelminit dar dupa m-a lamurit baiatul de la recepție ca trebuia pe lângă discutia telefonica sa precizez la mențiuni pe travelminit camera, in acelasi timp patroana tot zicea ca nu se poate.
Camera nu era curata, păianjeni in cada, cada nu se inchinde bine , dușul inunda baia dupa utilizare.
De cand am ajuns, a parcat uberul ne-a lasat la baza pantei care da in "hotel" . A venit cucoana in spatele masinii care se lauda ca e in industrie de 17 ani ( degeaba ca nu se vede) . Dumneai nu aprecia ca ar avea loc sa intre pe langa noi sau sa astepte aproximativ 20 de secunde sa luam bagajele din masina asa ca a decis sa ne claxoneze si sa tipe. De asta am chef cand platesc 800 de lei pe o cazare. Daca voiam sa tipe cineva la mine mergeam la mama acasa pe gratis macar era mai curat.
Am fost mintiti cu micul dejun ca sa nu prindem.
La final ne-am plans, i-am sugerat sa se lase de industrie, dupa cucoana ne-a dat afara si ne-a facut nespălați. Teribil cucoana sa te vad cum raspunzi si trimiti la plimbare inca un review de o stea . Cate mai trebuie pana te schimbi.

De evitat. Un staff foarte neprofesional, iar proprietara dacă va suna, nu va face decât mahala. Păcat de camere, acestea chiar sunt superbe.in schimb, lenjeria era murdară de sânge.

Me and my husband had an absolute horrible experience staying at this hotel.
At arrival the door was locked.
(Nowhere in our reservation it said we had to call the host in advance or were given a code to get in). We finally got through and were told to wait until someone arrives
20 minutes later a lady pulls over and lets us in (no apologies)
Next day after checkout we received a nasty threatening message from her saying we “stole” wine and she will be calling police
We responded by saying that we didn’t mean to steal anything and we were explicitly told that the wine we had was “complimentary”
We are happy to pay for it and we did immediately by providing our credit card details over a text message
The harassing messages from the host did not stop there. She continued threatening us over the coming days
If you are looking for an accommodation in Brasov - look anywhere BUT “Relax In Style”
