I was referred to C&B by a trusted friend after receiving a long list of urgent items to replace /repair from the dealership. What an amazing experience! I was treated respectfully as a woman and everything was explained to me as repairs needed and things I could wait on. I agreed to the repairs and they immediately started working on my car. I was out of there in less than two hours. I will definitely be back!!!

I visited this location due to the reviews and found them to be five star just as everyone has stated I was not pushed to get services that I didn't need they were honest I even got to meet the owner Craig . great place to bring your car I will be back!
The shop was clean and not cluttered with alot of vehicles.

Craig is very nice and professional person! I always got perfect service here. His small auto shop is the gem in Katy. I saved a lot of money but got the same service as dealership.

I repaired my Benz here a couple of times. It runs wonderful!

Craig also has a cute puppy dog. I love the puppy!

I've taken my 2010 GLK350 in for service a couple of times now. Super friendly staff, Craig is great, fair prices, and always excellent work. I highly recommend them, especially if you own a German car!

This is an excellent place to get your car fixed. One of the finest car repair facilities I've ever been to. Craig is very knowledgable and diagnosed everything that I needed to get done. He explained everything very thoroughly to me. Very good and fair pricing. I strongly recommend C & B European Auto & Japanese Service and I'm glad I found this place!

Craig and his team are amazing. They are knowledgeable and consistent in the high quality repairs that they provide. We've had five BMWs over the years and the only place we bring them is here to Craig's. At the dealership, they charge you an arm and a leg and the service isn't anywhere near to what they promise. Here, on the other hand, you can hold confidence that they will take care of your car, only using genuine parts and handling every step of the process with the utmost care. At times, we've tried going to other places, but no other place matches the quality you can find here. We've been coming here for the past 15 years and the quality has never changed, not once.
