I do not enjoy going to the dentist (Who does really?) but today I had a very thorough exam & cleaning performed by Dr. Jia Min Luo and I am very impressed! Dr. Luo is kind, gentle & very thorough. Everyone was professional & caring. Also, I paid $190 for complete X-rays, exam & cleaning! That’s really a great price for this area, most I researched charge over $400. I would whiteout reservations recommend Dr. Jia Min Luo.

Also, my son & daughter see different pediatricians here & so far our last 4 appointments have gone very well.

Dr. Rita Nguyen is genuinely the best! I recommend this place. Even this hygenist/assistant was super efficent and good. The cleaning was not painful. Ive had other dentists in the past that scared me from going but she was super sweet, informative and intelligent. I definitely recommend.

My 75-year-old mom has bad teeth due to long-time Sjogren's syndrome. She has been seeing various general dentists and has been referred to a range of specialists in New York. None of them had a good solution for her. The process sounded to take years, and the out-of-pocket fees would be five figures. None of them appeared to be confident about fixing all her teeth.

My mom finally found Dr. Gain Lu at CBWCHC's Chinatown location. Dr. Lu was like an angel to her. Dr. Gain conducted a thorough evaluation and quickly developed a treatment plan for each tooth. A couple of the problems had to be resolved by specialists, but Dr. Lu had reduced such referrals to a minimum. As a result, my mom managed to fix all her teeth within three months. Dr. Lu is a highly professional and skillful dentist who truly cares about patients' needs and can solve the most challenging issues for high-risk patients. She and overall dental services at CBWCHC's Manhattan location have our strongest recommendation.

We have been going here since my child was 6 months and she is three now. I know this may not be the best place compared to some private clinics but we kept going despite we have health insurance. It’s easy to make an appointment and they accept walk in if you are willing to wait. The walk in kids are seen based on their emergency level. We love our pediatrician so much that we are willing to wait even when we have appointments. She is very patient with kids and she answers all the questions you have. Being a frequent patient because of her asthma, my child loves the nurse team as well.

It is a busy pediatric office ,both the front desk and the nurses work really hard yet friendly and kind the facility is open on both Saturdays and Sundays . Also even though it is busy the wait time is ok things moving fast. The doctors are professional and have great bedside manner,forms filled during visit.

I would give -100 if I could. 04/12/2022 around 2pm having a severe tooth infection, experiencing incredibly strong and sharp pain I was told in a very rude way by two workers (man at the table by the entrance, then woman receptionist on the right) to just leave and go “somewhere else” as they are packed. Luckily I found help “somewhere else” that day, but it’s a shame that such workers exist and have opportunity to humiliate and mock people who are in incredible pain.

After finally being seated I told them I want a cleacing the Dr said yes of course. 5 minutes later she said she did the check up but doesn't have time for cleaning so told me to leave and come back in one month. Worse experience ever and waste of time and money!!!
