This place will take your money and keep it. I went to them back in July for a sick visit and I had insurance but they still charged me the full amount for the visit until my insurance paid them. They told me if I overpaid I was going to be reimbursed. I just noticed in October on the EOB that they already received their payment in August for the full bill and my portion was supposed to be $0. I have been calling ever since to check status of my reimbursement and was given the run around. I finally told them if they didn't reimburse me the overpayment that I was going to report them for fraudulent billing and now they are issuing a check for the reimbursement. Please make sure if you pay any out of pocket costs that you go back and check with your health insurance to confirm your out of pocket costs and they didn't get paid twice for the same visit. They will not reimburse you unless you ask them to.

I have a rare auto immune disorder that put me in the hospital. Dr. Patel was the “attending doctor”. At 6 in the morning, he burst open my door, turned on the light (i was sleeping) and was so forceful with his talking! “Why are you here” “why haven’t they done so and so treatment”... etc. I was like “umm excuse me? Who are you?!” He finally told me who he was and then we discussed why I was at the hospital. He asked what my neurologist said and then literally left the room without saying a word. I was in complete shock. He literally didn’t even check my vital signs. He did nothing but belittle me and make me feel like I didn’t need help. He is absolutely awful and I highly recommend that everyone stays far away from this man as possible. His on call doctor named Dr. Tucker made me wait SEVEN hours to be discharged from the hospital. Do not use this guy and if you get him at the hospital...refuse him!!!!!!!!!!!!
