Dr.Carter: Worshippers of money, never call patients back or do follow up. Does not follow Hippocratic oath. Elderly patients need not come to her, just send you out to hospital never gives you results of test or concerns ! I will utterly reject harm and mischief).[ Failing to return phone call promptly, Faling to do follow up. Not responsible to give information after tests done. All this and more Dr. Carter never bothered to do for me. I think she should not be a physician in any practice.

First of all, she’s a COMPLETE & TOTAL SNOB! IDK why she’s a Doctor. She has ZERO Compassion for her patients. I don’t think she’s ever heard of a Doctors “Bedside Manner”. She speaks so LOUDLY that other patients can hear what all of your private medical issues are. Her voice permeates walls! When I asked her to kindly lower her voice, she looked @me like I was speaking in a foreign language. To make matters even worse, I “her patient”overheard her talking about me to her nurse. Ummm, she “SHOULD” Know about this little old thing called HIPPA. I should’ve reported her @$$! Glad she transferred to another office. Other patients were probably complaining, it wouldn’t surprise me 1 bit if that was the case. Someone needs to throw water on her like in the Wizard of Oz. Good RIDDANCE to the Wicked Witch of the Houston Methodist West Office location.

Best Doctor I ever had did everything on time even on the weekend she would call me back best Doctor ever people that have a problem with her probably have more of a problem with themselves than with Doctor Carter she is the most wonderful Doctor I've had in my 75 years I'm so sorry she's gone

Dr. Carter is the best doctor that I have ever had. In my experience, she is always on time. I have never waited more than 10-15 minutes to be seen.
