I spoke with ROBIN, the front desk woman, and was obnoxiously denied service. I wanted to know when i could schedule with them so i could compare with other physicians due to an emergency. To which she replied “ we do not accept patients who do not think we are the best” then told me to call someone else. Very unprofessional when speaking with a potential new patient. If i could leave 0/5 stars i gladly would.

I was trying to get in contact with this office to try to schedule a new patient appointment. When trying to double check the name of the doctor for this practice ROBIN the front desk associate stated “she does not want a patient who is unsure that this is the best practice and advised to find a new practice.” This was said because we were verifying what practice this was due to being referred to multiple different practices. We called again to speak with the practice manager who ROBIN claimed we had the wrong number and hung up on us. I don’t understand how someone can be employed at a physicians office with such a behavior to new patients. Writing this review to let others know how disrespectful and dismissive their staff is. This is not a negative review for the physician because we were never able to get in contact with anybody else besides ROBIN. Horrible experience.

I've been a patient of Dr. Freedman's for over a year, and my only disappointment is that I did not find her sooner! It is always a wonderful experience from start to finish. I began seeing Dr. Freedman after my previous PCP of several years relocated. Finding a new physician & having to start over from the beginning can be daunting and overwhelming, but from my very 1st appointment, it felt like I had known her for years. Not only has she taken great care of my health, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. She's the only doctor that actually listened to & addressed my health concerns.
The office staff is welcoming, friendly, and very prompt. I always leave with a complete understanding of my care and an answer to each & every question/concern. Scheduling an appointment is always a breeze, and I've never had to wait >15 minutes to be seen. She even was willing to flex her schedule when I was late for an appointment due to traffic.
She's easily accessible, unlike most doctors where you have to call multiple times to speak to the doctor, only to get nothing in return. I sent her a message online and she got back to me herself immediately (on a weekend at that)!
Most importantly, she welcomes your input and doesn't just dictate what she thinks is best for you...she makes your health & well-being a team effort. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and individualized care for a patient while also providing outstanding medical care. I highly recommend becoming her patient!
