Had the experience to work with Dr. Tina and she is absolutely friendly and very nice. She is very detailed in her work and works great with all of my clients. It is in a convenient location. The surgery room is right next door. So if you are there for a surgery, make sure you go next door.
The staff is sometimes off their game and their voicemail is full at times but overall, they are a good staff.

If I could give a negative star I would. After 3 days of fasting and a horrible gallon of cleanse the office calls me the morning of my appt to cancel. I take Ozempic for my diabetes and evidently I had to be a week free before the colonoscopy / biopsy.

This is after I had called with questions. And was told that I was not to worry a nurse would call me a week before. Today I am told they were swamped and didn't get a chance to call several of us.

This Dr needs to staff his office better. I can't trust him in the little things so I won't in the big things . I wouldn't go back to him if they paid me.

They never answer the phone. They collected my co pay at the office. Then said they never did. I sent my husband in and got a receipt and again they are saying it was never received. Now I am sending them a copy of the receipt. I went in one time for an actual appointment and a second time for the referral and more labs as they were supposed to send a referral for a scan and they never did. I called every week only to leave messages and have none of them returned. Then my bloodwork lapsed because they never sent the request for the scan. I had to physically go in and get more labs request and the referral for scan. I got it all done and transferred to another dr for results and to continue treatment. If your Dr sends you here, ask for another provider you'll thank me later.

The staff has been very helpful and always get answers to my questions. They generally get back to me on the same day.

Does not accept Medicare. I had an Authorization from my Medicare Provider and spent an hour an a half in their office only to be told that they would not to the colonoscopy. Because I was on Medicare it had to be done by Clovis Community and there was a year long wait. They already knew I was a Medicare patient before I got there. A total waste of my time. I will dispute their billing to Medicare.
