My insurance has a $0 copay on all in network and out of network visits and $0 copay on UTC and er they refused to bill my insurance for the copay or contact my insurance company and me and my bf had to go to the er. The lady at the desk seemed enamored at me just being there and it seemed like they were having a party or dinner in the back. I was severely dehydrated and barely conscious when I got to the er turns out I had COVID. Can't wait for uk to open up a clinic up here so they can be driven out.

Went there to get stitches removed, very very kind, respectful & patient set of staff there. I’ve had a better experience with them then I ever have at the Frankfort hospital. Would recommend stopping by there for any non emergency needs!

Went here twice for extremely sore throat and very bad congestion and both times they didn't prescribe me any type of medicine each time. Would not recommend going here complete waste of time and money.

I am literally setting in one of their exam rooms as I type. I have been setting here for approximately 30 minutes, waiting to be seen. There is no other patients here an the whole time the staff has been up front talking & laughing. It is extremely frustrating. An I am fixing to walk out.

First time visiting an urgent care center and was very pleased with the attention and care. It’s first come first serve and we came in at the right time…the signs said they were short staffed and we got out of there in 1.5 hours. Not bad! Great job Bernadette and Amanda! The facility was also clean. I would recommend.

I want to let you know that the People here at this Care center puts the faith back in humanity the front staff took the time to get it right what I was suffering from and noted it well offered services that may be wrong and then I was triaged by such a nice care person and she was so caring about me. Then the provider came in and 😳 she was so awesome 💯😎 she didn't rush she took her time and she listened to what I was saying and she really listened to me and then she treated what she was finding the only sad thing is I can't have her as my primary care provider I wish I could just go here for my care they treat you right and they treat you with care I am astounded by the quality of care received here I recommend them to you they really care about you

Front desk worker more interested in going to lunch then properly processing insurance cards to match marriage name change and see patients so the office is generally empty because they'll turn you away because their front desk doesn't know how to run an insurance card
