The place itself is very great and the staff is very knowledgeable except for when it comes to answering the phone. Usually if I call it’s a quick question about the website or hours- something a drive across town wouldn’t be necessary for but I have been inconvenienced too many times because no one answers the phone. I’ve called 4 times today alone and each time no answer.

Gamestop has a great selection of games and consoles. They have a knowledgeable staff that's always willing to help. And their trade-in program is top-notch. Just one more thing... I almost forgot! Gamestop also has a cool rewards program and they often have exclusive merchandise and deals. And their prices are very competitive. Hell of a place to shop!

The staff is always friendly every time i come into the store. The store is always well stocked and easy to navigate.
However, you're better off going to a private owned video game store to trade in/sell games and systems because of how little they will give you. But, this isn't the employees fault. They're just doing their job 💁

This was my first time, first time in Frankfort. Came in town to see family. And I had to pick up a néw game for my son. We forgot our masks (we had a long road trip) and as we entered we were scolded by a middle aged white man for forgetting our mask. He replied “we’re a damn year into this, do better”. As far as I’m concerned we will not be back EVER!

I used to not be a fan of this GameStop, but my husband and I absolutely love the staff that's there now. They're not forcefully pushing products at us like most locations do, the sales just happen naturally. And it's nice buying games from people who don't "Um, actually" us every five seconds.
