My wife and I were told about this spot by one of our drivers and it didn't disappoint. It's located in the Cosmo in the food court area.

What I ordered was the small dark (leg and thigh) with fries, tenders with potato salad, a side of beans and dirty bird fries. All the chicken was medium spice level which had a good kick but it wasn't overpowering or under seasoned. All the chicken was cooked to perfection, and the sides were also great. The potato salad was creamy and had nice chunks of bacon, the beans were a little on the sweet side but also had good chunks of bacon. The dirty bird fries had a nice amount of chicken on it with a scoop of mac and cheese on the fries, topped with some comeback sauce.

Good food overall and would recommend it if you're nearby.

After falling in love with this restaurant in Nashville, TN, we were excited to try it here in Vegas! It holds up pretty much the same, but I'll say the sweet tea isn't quite the same.

It's also not as spicy as I remember, having no issues with 'hot'.

As far as the food goes, it’s great. I’ve been to a Hattie B’s in Nashville and I feel the food here was as good as what I had there which is excellent honestly. I won’t get into a ton of detail but it’s probably the best chicken sandwich out there in my book.

The setup for this location isn’t great though. It’s in basically a food court style location with a lot of people competing for what are a limited number of seats which is why the atmosphere doesn’t really beat the real thing in Nashville.

Overall if you’ve never had Hattie Bs this is a good spot to try it, and if you have had it before this is a fine spot to get your fix with the caveat that this probably isn’t going to be a completely authentic Hattie Bs experience.

My daughter wanted to try Chicken n waffles as they are two of her fav things and stopped at Hattie's and it didn't disappoint. Literally the best tots I've ever stolen off a plate! And trust, its been a bunch. Def stop and grab a booth quickly as they fill up in an instant!

Loved Hattie B's in Atlanta so was really looking forward to trying it again during a recent trip to Las Vegas. Overall, the experience was quite good and the chicken's seasoning was as good as I had remembered. Their boozy slushies were also really good. I'd just say that the prices are definitely higher than I recall them being in Atlanta and since this is in a food hall, there's limited seating availability. Otherwise, Hattie B's was solid and I'd recommend checking it out when you're in Vegas.

I recently visited Hattie B's at the Cosmo in Vegas and had a fantastic experience! The SM White meal (two pieces of chicken and two sides) is a great deal. I got my chicken southern style, and it was perfect—extremely juicy and flavorful. The Cole Slaw and Pimento Mac & Cheese were both delicious!

The atmosphere was lively, with a fun, loud food hall vibe. There was a bit of a line, but it moved quickly, and my food came out fast. The staff was super friendly, even though they were clearly busy.

Overall, I'd definitely recommend Hattie B's! I'll definitely be back during my next Las Vegas trip!

Edit: It appears they have raised pieces recently as the meal now comes with only one side included.

Delicious meal for two. Husband got the hot chicken sandwich with Mac n cheese and I got the tenders medium with coleslaw , Nashville comeback sauce. And we got a lemonade which comes with one free refill. Medium and hot we’re about the same definitely had very good flavor. The portions were generous. Definitely a very filling meal but they did a great job! There are about 10 bar seats and about 5 tables available. I believe there are other seats in the food court, just slightly farther away.

Big portions, delicious chicken. The tenders were juicy, hot, not too spicy (hot flavor) but with some heat. I don’t think there are any other places for Nashville hot chicken in vegas that are as good. The mac and cheese wasn’t amazing, it needed more cheese. It’s a bit on the milky side. I like chick fil as Mac and cheese more for the price. Overall the meal was $17, which I think was a bit pricy but the hot chicken made it feel worth it. Seating is bar seating and kind of limited.
