I needed another pain shot 3 days before Epidural. It took longer.to walk up to the office than to get the shot. Understanding of my pain, having been there a week ago probably helped. However, I appreciate the professional attitude with a smile , and at this point it is working to relief most of pain for now. Hopefully it will last until Thursday!!!
I feel as though all of Dr Guinto staff is trying to help me feel good and return to regular movement.

The office staff were polite and professional. They collaborated with me while I had another appointment with a different doctor right before seeing Dr. Guinto. I was attended to in a timely manner. Dr. Guinto ensured that he answered all my questions before proceeding with the injection. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Dr. Guinto for injections! Now, about 24 hours later, I have experienced no complications.

Staff extremely friendly, which only set the stage for Dr. Guinto. He is both very outgoing and considerate. He is the ONLY doctor that had actually looked at my chart the nite before my appointment. So he actually knew my medical history BEFORE walking into the exam room.
Dr. Guinto made sure I fully understood and answered ALL of my questions.

Sierra has been my savior. Each Dr that I’ve worked with has a genuine concern for my well being while addressing my injuries. Dr Guento is a breath of fresh air. He studies my condition an how it may be affective. He considers all types of treatments in carefully managed steps, while throughly explaining each step to me every step of the way. I feel a very comfortable confidence with Dr Guento and with this medical group.

After reviewing my images, there were a few options we discussed. We’ve gone through 1 of the options and now we have decided to wait a month and see what’s transpires, then we will decide the next move. Overall Dr Guinto is knowledgeable as well as a darn good Dr.

Today was my third appointment with Dr Guinto. In 2022, my surgeon, Dr Yuh, suggested I see him for trigger point injections following my lumbar surgery. Wow so happy I did. He is so professional and caring. He listens closely to what you say and while reviewing my latest MRI today, he took the time to identify and explain the areas of concern. He is just so nice and gives you his full attention while he is with you. On a scale of 10 out of 10, he is definitely a 20!! I highly recommend Dr Guinto to everyone. And all the staff, from front door check-in receptionists to assistants in the doctor’s area, are exemplary, friendly and kind. Sierra Pacific Orthopedic on Spruce in Fresno is top notch. The only facility I trust to take care of me. Thanks Dr Yuh and Dr Guinto!!
