From the very beginning when I was first interviewed by Karen and throughout my case, I knew I was in excellent hands. Karen has been the person who has been handling my case from the very beginning. From the first phone call, to the interview, to the applications and to the hearing. Compassionate, patient, thorough, intelligent and meticulous are just some of her attributes. Oh and what a nice person she is which is most important of all.

Countless emails which I have exchanged with her have been answered very quickly. Each and every email.
