I am so disappointed in this office. My daughter's heart doctor referred her to Melcher and was an urgent referral for a neurological conditon. That was weeks and weeks ago-- she has a nerver call. I called and receptionist was very rude on the phone. I call heart doc to make sure they sent complete file cause it is a large one and they did. Called again last week had to leave a message and still not even a call back! I called today and had the heart specialist referr her to someone else in Kerrville -- wow an appointment set up for this Thursday -- guess he know what urgent means.

Best Neurologist in Texas! I’m 63 and suffer with migraines. Extremely very caring, friendly, professional and most awesome thorough exam ever! Highly highly recommend Dr. Linette Melcher!! And Donna that works there is very polite and professional. A+++++++++++’s Galore!

Dr Melcher is too busy to accept new patients. I was referred to her and two months later I was still told, when someone at her office would answer the phone, that she had yet to review my file and no appointment could be made until she did. I asked my doctor to refer me to someone else even though Melcher was the one he preferred. I couldn’t wait any longer.

She spends a lot of time asking questions and listening to the replies. Not an assembly line, in and out Doctor. And she doesn't immediately schedule endless tests that may be unnecessary. After suffering two TIAs, and having to see many specialists, only two seem to treat me as a person, and Dr. Melcher is one of those.
