If I could give this office zero stars I would. What happened to doctors asking what’s the patients’ concerns before anything? Dr. Ibraheim did not ask me any of my concerns just went straight into asking if I had a gynecologist and needed a Pap smear. Very weird when that wasn’t my concern and I have a doctor for that. Very rude and there’s definitely a racial undertone in this office.

The doctor is nice and listens to patients, but his staff is not the brightest. If I’d ever stopped seeing this doctor, it would be because of his staff.

The doctor is knowledgeable, staff is not helpful at all. Doctor does not have time for his patience and if you make an appointment you have to wait for 2 hours before he will be able to see you. We came to him with some issues and he ordered tests to check and let us know. We waited for a month and no answer. We had to call back to check and the answer we got is we have to call to let him know we did the tests even though they admitted that he checked the results. When asked why didn’t he or one from his office called us about the results and let us know what’s next? The answer was it is our responsibility to follow up with him. Unacceptable service. Do not use this doctor find someone who has the time for you and your family

My family and I have been with this doctor for a couple of years. I believe he is a great doctor and very professional. Also, he does pay attention to you and does not rush through the visit. Never had issues with his stuff. They are always ready to help. The only disadvantage that I may see is that there is a long wait. However, the quality of the visit definitely worth the wait. I am very surprised to read all these comments. I would definitely recommend this doctor.
