Man kommt aus dem Staunen nicht mehr raus, mit welcher Professionalität, Kompetenz und Freundlichkeit dieses Krankenhaus das deutsche Krankenhaus-Niveau deklassiert! Zwei beispielhafte Erlebnisse: eine Angestellte mit einer Befragung zur Verbesserung des Essensangebots und eine Krankenschwester, die sich dafür entschuldigt, dass das ganz vorsichtige Entfernen des Pflasters etwas geziept hat.

Located next to Kent Ridge MRT and with plenty of eateries, NUH medical centre is modern and convenient. But like all public hospitals, crowds and long wait time are a feature, in contrast to private clinics.

I recently had an ultrasound appointment at NUH scheduled for 8:45 am. The registration process through the mobile app was seamless and user-friendly, allowing me to easily check in upon arrival. I arrived at 8:10 am, and by 9:00 am, I had completed the ultrasound and had my consultation with the doctor. The whole process was incredibly efficient, and I appreciate how quickly everything was handled. Great job, NUH! Keep up the excellent work.

Whoever design the lift system in NUH medical system should be fired.
There is never an empty lift.
And once a lift arrive at the designated level, the other lifts doesn't stop.
It's forever full as at any 1 time only 1 lift is operational in going 1 direction.
This is ridiculous and stupid.
Useless to call yourselves top.rated hospital.

Everything looks organized with digital que process, calling number and showed by monitor, however during my visit where we arrived and register since 8.30 and written 09:10AM for blood test, until 9:20AM never being called once I asked the clinic staff, again waiting...until 9:40AM, I ask again when will be called, since if blood result late, then doctor appoiintment by 11:40 become delay as well. After I chased, then they informed us if the number being called while I am pretty sure never being called. Then the blood test and screening doing well..... now, I doubt about this que number which is not in order where we can't track if the system running correctly or not.

The Urology department was super inefficient, appointment was at 3pm, we have waited 1.5h and still haven’t called our number yet. My grandma is old, sick and frail and yet even though we made an appointment we still had to wait in the freezing cold waiting room for so long. What’s the point of an appointment system then ? If the doctor foresee that the patient infront is going to take at least 1h to consult then don’t suggest us to come at 3pm for our appointment Waste time

Eye surgery centre. 17th floor. Clean and usually busy. Many eye testing stations along many rows of corridors. Nice customer service officers nurses and doctors. Clean. Building has a BK and many eating shops. Spoil for choices. Near Kent Ridge MRT access from underpasses.

For a hospital concerned about quality the NUH Quality Service Team is uncontactable. They didn't reply to emails or phone calls. They didn't respond to requests thru wards. There's no office Location. How do patients who've been treated badly make a complaint? Through the medical team who treated them badly. Well good luck to the poor patient who dares to do that . What hope is there for NUH quality when patients can only make complaints through GOOGLE? also why is QSM team not responding to serious complaints in these 200+ Google reviews ?
