This company lacks professionalism, quality, and has excuse after excuse as to why they don’t show up to your scheduled appointment. It’s too cold, there’s snow ( snowed over a week ago and it’s all gone). Instead of making up the missed day in that week, they add it onto the back of the services that you pay for in advance. So it’s been over two weeks since they have been here. Takes days to answer texts, doesn’t ever pick up the phone at all if you call. Really terrible service and not worth your time or money to hire this company. Will be placing a charge back since he refuses to answer the phone asking for a refund when there hasn’t been a single service that I paid in advance for.

This company does not care about customer satisfaction nor values their customers' business. If a servicing problem arises, they do not strive to fix it; rather, they resort to discontinuing service and blocking the customer. I simply contacted them once about the poor job a different person did on my yard...leaving behind several areas of waste that were on cement in plain sight. They refused to come back and clean it, further stating that since I wasn't happy with that day's service, they were going to refund and discontinue service. I didn't ask for that; I just requested they come back and clean up all that was left. When I asked why they weren't interested in making the situation right, they just blocked me. I've never had a company behave this way...outrageous! I'm now concerned I'm going to be scammed out of my refund, which is substantial as I prepaid for six months and used their service for half that. If this is how their company responds with one complaint, save yourself a headache and hire a different company. There are plenty of highly recommended ones out there.

I absolutely love this company. I've been using them for about 2 months and one of the best decisions I've made. They are always on time, very quick, never miss a spot. They interact with us and my dogs, if they are out. Not to mention they are very very cheap. Worth every dime.

I’m very grateful for this company. I have one dog that seems to always poop in the rocks along the fence and another that likes to go in the mulch around our playground. I hated picking up their poop out of those places. The team is very professional, polite and thorough.
