I love to travel and use trip advisor often to help with booking my arrangements. The owner of Richmond Place is wonderful and the breakfast was awesome! Is this the Grand Hyatt ,no. Yes, it is older in apperances but very clean. I personally always find the history of the home the best part of staying in a B&B. That being said if you need a comfortable place to lay your head with great service ,topped off by a good location and delicious breakfast... this place is for you. Thank you Glenn !

If you appreciate quaint old buildings in tree lined interesting neighborhoods for a very reasonable price, Richmond Place Inn is perfect. Our room was nice size with AC, microwave and small fridge and very quiet. Allentown is such a cute area to walk in with lots of history and very interesting people. My daughter booked RP Inn because of the location to downtown (close) and price (very reasonable) as she was taking the NY Bar and was watching her budget - I just tagged along because I like to explore new areas and had never been to Buffalo. Glen was the perfect host - had a continental breakfast for the earlybirds and a full home made breakfast later (scrambled eggs, bacon scalloped apples and croissants). Glen was very accommodating and helped with directions to different places. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Glen.

My time at R.P. was excellent. Nice rooms - thick walls & clean. If you do not know the Buffalo area, Glenn can help. Some of the best venues are a 5-20 minute walk; also to bus, taxi or trolley. The breakfast is great (bacon, egg & cheese on croissant - yum) and Glenn insisted we take some to go. We met really nice people, too. We'll be back and will reserve ahead so we can get one of the nice balcony suite's.

3 friends and I had another awesome stay at the Richmond Place Inn in July of this year (2017). Glen and his staff were so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good (love those sauteed apples), rooms were comfortable and we were so close to Allentown, Albright Knox and all Buffalo has to offer. Glenn now has a BBQ with gazebo in the backyard and the front porch is a great place to watch people walk and cycle by and also the place we eat breakfast.

Once again I loved the service and the remodeled room wow!!! As usual the breakfast was outstanding!!! I loved the baked apple with cinnamon mmmm!!! Glen you are a wonderful host and you make people feel wonderful. Your kindness is undoubtedly heart felt thanks for the wonderful stay see you next year. Making my reservation ahead of time want the remodeled room.

There were five of us staying. Glen the owner was very hospitable and knowledgeable about the area. We found the breakfast to be good and plentiful. It is dated but Glen is working hard on updates and with the rates he charges can't imagine that money is plentiful for that endeavor. All in all I would highly recommend it to anyone who is on a budget and wants to be near the heart of everything. Thank you Glen and hope to return again so much to see and not enough time.

-My boyfriend and I visited buffalo and last minute booked staying here. The staff was amazing; welcoming, friendly, accommodating and genuine. It is apparent they care about making sure their customers are satisfied. |-Renovations are apparent but upkeep is always necessary in this business. |-The price is reasonable for the location. -Close to everything around the area. Looking to go to a hockey game or football game.... perfect location!!|-Breakfast was fabulous. A great variety and home made. |-Will be returning to this location next visit to buffalo 🙂

I stay on Memorial Day weekend, the service was extremely nice and reasonable. The breakfast was made fresh in the morning and delicious. The beds were extremely comfortable. It was so nice to be able to walk to Allen street as well, it was literally 3 blocks away!! I would definitely come back again!!
