Have tried coming here mon and Tuesday around 12/1 pm and it has been closed. So seems like this place is never opened and wasted trips on such pretty days. Highly disappointing. Especially when nothing is posted about the closing. So be weary you might waste gas there and back with them always being closed.

The water was a bit gross with floating dead bugs, bird poop, and such. The bathroom and shower area need a deep clean because I think I can see grime build up from two decades ago. As far as the water features go, the kids area is great with both a little kid splash pad area as well as bigger kid slide. I didnt go on the two teen and adult spiral slides. The lifeguards are either overly aggressive or very passive so I guess it balances out. It wasn't nearly as crowded as I thought it would be.

This park has a lovely clean pool that is well maintained and has plenty of life guards during swimming hours. It also has some very nice water slides, especially for a public pool. It's like a miniature water park!
The 24 hole disc golf course is the most challenging and largest course in Jessamine County by far. The only nearby courses that compare are Veterans Park and Shillito Park. It has a lot more wooded shots than Shillito, and a lot more long drive open field shots than Veterans. It will take a while to play the course, and it's not really for beginners, but intermediate players will definitely be able to enjoy and improve their game here!
It's rarely terribly busy on the disc golf course, though the pool can be busy at times. Plenty of parking lot space, and picnic tables under awning for lunches, though the tables are fenced in, so if you're looking to eat without going into the pool, better make it a picnic and bring a blanket. It's not the best place for that sort of thing like Jacobson or Veterans or even Shillito. But for what the park is centered around, swimming and disc golf...it's spot on!

A great pool with a large number if features for kids to play with. Also there is no longer a requirement to pass a swim test for the pool. My kids were excited by that and they are free to go wherever they want. The waterslides are also pretty tall and fun as well. All told it is a great place to take the family on a hot summer day. It is recommended to bring your own chair as the ones at the pool get filled up quick.

Went disc golfing today. Rather than 24 holes as it shows in the first hole, it was 18. Some flooding might have made holes 13-17 inaccessible by knocking down a bridge which is no where to be seen, so rather than maintain them or inform the player of the change, holes have become incorrectly marked and confusing for play.

As I played, I noticed a ton of trash. Mostly in the creek because of some rains we’ve been having for the past week or two, which caused me to notice how little the waterway is cared for at this park.

Although the creek would be an noticeable place for improvement in most parks, there was no pedestrian walkway along or to the only creek going through it, and the one path there is, dead ended after about a half mile..

Cleanup the creek, sort out the disc golf course, and complete a loop for the walking path and this would be an amazing park. Too cold for the pool right now but it looks like the crown jewel of this park.

I know that they sold a family membership to my friends daughter for $256 and then change the rules on how she could use it now she’s has two brothers one that’s 15 and one that’s 14 that’s why she bought the family membership with her own money for the money she worked for it and they will not allow her to use it in the purpose that she purchased it. So why would you sell a family membership to a 17 year-old and then not allow her to bring her brothers and under that membership that she bought and paid for with her money? Personally, I think you should refund her entire amount back to her and with money, can’t change the rules after you take someone’s cash my good friend is United States congressman for the state of Kentucky in this information as well, and I’m encouraging her to contact the state Attorney General. Not many young people work a full-time job already have an associates degree specially at 17 you are the public and the people in your community enough respect to do better than this I hope your reviews go down

They sold my 17 year old daughter a summer family pool pass for 256 dollars which would be great because she got it so she could take her two brothers as well as nephews . All was good except they decided to change the rules to having to be 18 to bring anyone under 15 . They scammed my daughter and sold her a pool pass she can’t even use

This is a beautiful pool with a lot of fun options for the family! There's lap pool and diving boards for adults and serious swimmers there's two very nice large slides as well as a great splash pad for the littles. But to be honest with you the thing I was most impressed with is a staff! They were so accommodating for a birthday party we were having and just very kind and respectful! I was very impressed with this facility!
