I drove by this place several times and kind of snubbed my nose at it. I'm sorry I did.

This place is awesome. Food is amazing, staff is so sweet and helpful, and the place is CLEAN!

I'll be back. I'm so sorry I prejudged. I used to only go to Swinging Door. Schulze's is so much better in my opinion. Swinging door was so dirty and food was decent and staff was decent. But Schulze's is a step above for sure.

Love the drive thru option.

I ordered from the drive thru on 11/25/2024. The guy who took my order was very please and had excellent customer service. So, the review started at a 5 based on his customer service.

I ordered a baked potato w/chopping block meat and peach cobbler. After digging into this food, everything went south. The peach cobbler was so mushy and tasted like it was days old. It didn't even have a peach cobbler flavor, and I've never eaten peach cobbler with mushy crust. It was so mushy as if it had been sitting in water. Whomever made this, needs to use a different recipe or never be allowed to cook peach cobbler again. It was disgusting, respectfully.

You probably can't tell from the picture but the baked potato is huge, and it was satisfying. Their bbq sauce, not sure if it's their own recipe or not, but it's good.

This has to be the worst BBQ I’ve ever had. I bought lunch for the office at 12:30 and was shocked. The absolute driest brisket I’ve ever eaten in my life. And at lunch time? It was falling apart into crums it was so dry. The pork was extremely lack in flavor. So I just ate the potato. But to spend that money for that food was terrible.

Good barbecue and a cozy atmosphere. Their sweet tea is good and I recommend the loaded baked potato if you want an easy lunch. Better than 36 dining overall and glad they didn't skimp or degrade their food

The food is always good. The brisket nachos are delicious. We also love their bake potato casserole. Their tea is good and no weird taste. They have a super friendly staff as well. I appreciate that they have a drive thru.

Schultz BBQ is a staple in Rosenberg. I had been there in up to 6 years. Recently I went with about eight of my family members and it was amazing. The barbecue was on point the twice baked potato salad was great and the service was friendly and fast. The only problem is It's in the older side of Rosenberg so you get some weird looks from the old heads depending on what time of day it is.

Depending on your hunger level will dictate your driving’s time worth, it was for me since I drove from Sugar land about 25 minutes with traffic.

They need to have some kid friendly options. Had to order a full size BBQ sandwich for my kid and it was huge. More than he could eat. Wouldn’t be hard to have a kids sandwich plate with just half the meat. Also need to have some kids size cups. They only have one massive size cup for all the drinks. The macaroni was bland and runny and had no flavor at all. Aside from that, the BBQ sandwiches were delicious as was the baked potato salad.
