Der Standort war super. Die Zimmer sind ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Sie waren aber sauber. Die Eingangstür ging nicht normal auf. Den Griff muss man nach oben drücken statt nach unten. Frühstück und das WLAN waren in Ordnung. Man hat genug Platz zur Auswahl beim Frühstück. Unser Parkplatz war genau neben unserem Zimmer.

Upside: Close to town on main street. Breakfast buffet was good. There is two pools and hot tub, all outside. Room clean. Staff friendly. Lots of parking. Moderately priced for the area.
Downside: Room dated was about it.
Comments: Would stay here again and would recommend. Review based on one visit.

Be sure to ask where your room is located - the front section of the property, or the rear, older section. The rooms in the rear section (actually a completely separate property that was acquired) are...ok, but their age shows in numerous ways: The faint musty smell when you first open the door, the alarming slope of the walkway, the creaking, uneven floor- in a historic building, these would just be part of the "charm"...but this isn't a historic property. It's just old. To drive from the front parking lot to the rear lot, you have to go through a "pass-through" - basically they removed a room on the lower floor of the building, and paved it - and if your truck is tall, it won't fit. Anything over about 7 feet tall, nope, not gonna make it. ||To be fair, some renovations have been done - the bathroom vanity has a nice engineered granite top, and the shower has attractive tile work. The wall-mounted A/C unit is at the back of the room, in a corner, but it works well and isn't too loud. The TV was pretty small (I've seen larger PC monitors) - it wouldn't be a problem in a smaller room, but it's like 15 feet away from the bed. ||The bed - well, it was a bed. The pillows, though - worthless. Tiny, flat, no support. If you drive there, TAKE YOUR OWN PILLOWS.

We had spent a visit to the place on December 28-December 29. The location is pretty continent, there was a hot tub, and the fireplace was on. Now the bad. Our smoke detector went off at 3am, waking all of us up. Also, the tv was too small, the pool was just an ice cube, the egg cheese was absolutely terrible, and the pillows had no stuffing in them. 3 stars! It’s ok for a 1 night trip, but it isn’t good for trips that are more than 1 night.

Location is key. Perfect Location able to stroll Main St. Even walked to nearby St Mary church. Breakfast very good a plethora of varieties hot and cold. Most of all can't go wrong with Texas shaped Waffles. Only down side were the towels very rough could splurge for some fabric softener. Staff friendly and love the Otis Spunkmeyer cookies macadamia nut yum.

This is an older property, but it is clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The Sunday morning breakfast buffet was fantastic, with fresh eggs, bacon, waffles, kolaches, fruit, biscuits and gravy, everything. And downtown, with all of it's shopping, is just a short stroll away. Will definitely stay again.

Friendly front desk staff offered afternoon snacks when we checked in to the hotel.
Removing 1 star for assigning us to a room that was not cleaned 1 hour after check-in starts; however, did assign us to another room that was cleaned.
Extra thanks to Alexis for being very attentive and friendly service with a smile. A big variety of breakfast hot items such as bacon, eggs, potatoes, kolaches and other items such as cold cereal, yogurt, etc...
Enjoyed our stay and convenient location to the main street.
