Very cool venue! The view was phenomenal! There were plenty of choices for alcoholic drinks including Beer, Seltzer, Cider, Cocktails and Wine. They were $10-12 each. Decent selection of food vendors as well including $5 pizza slices. Plenty of porta pottys along with little hand washing stations. We arrived just before the doors opened and there was still plenty of parking in the lot. Will definitely be back in the future!

Visited Terminal B at the Outer Harbor for the first time since opening to see The Counting Crows.

The venue is really well laid out. There was ample parking and moving thru security to get into the concert was fast and efficient.

The venue is set up for standing room or lawn seating with blankets - no chairs allowed. They had designated ADA seating locations so patrons using wheelchairs or mobility devices would be able to see the performance. The ADA section also had a designated ADA port-a-potty.

Pros: Great sound, great location & view, easy to get in and get out, lots of room to move around. Also loved seeing the ASL sign language interpreters for folks who are d/Deaf or hard of hearing.

Things they can work on as they host more shows in this first year:

-There were only a couple of food trucks for a large crowd and the lines got long. Would love to see more food options and definitely some more vegetarian-specific options.
-Mobile beverage vendors. It’s hard to leave your spot to get drinks - would be great if they had folks roaming the crowd, like at Bills/Bisons games with drink options.
-Nicer / Permanent bathrooms - would be great if they could build more permanent restrooms with sinks. In 85+ degree heat, not being able to wash your hands after using a very odor-full port-a-potty is just not fun.

Overall we had a great night and would definitely consider seeing more shows there in the future.

This is such an amazing venue! It's tucked away in its own little pocket secluded from the rest of the city. It's not a massive area but at the same time it's not small by any means, it's more of an intimate space if anything. Getting lost is pretty much impossible and meeting up with some friends is much more easier than you'd think. Being able to watch the sunset on the water while the stage lights kick into gear is pretty cool and a very rare experience here on the East Coast. My only issue with this venue would be parking and accessibility. There seems to only be street parking available and there's not much of it. Public transportation doesn't come to the area and walking can be a bit of a trek. Other than that it's a pretty cool spot.

I attended Music Is Art fest 2024 at Terminal B and it was a great place to hold a free music festival

Saw Primus there. First time at that venue. A great view from every angle. The only gripe is the lack of washroom facilities. Otherwise, a great venue with a beautiful view of lake Erie as a backdrop.

This venue was really different and we loved it! Parking opened at 4 but we got a spot on the street and I would definitely recommend that. VIP has a separate line to get in, separate drink concessions, and a separate section to the right of stage with a tent for shade. Spots in there filled up quick but we were able to move the Adirondack chairs into the shade. Bathrooms were all super clean. We had only 2 complaints; the reception around the entire outer harbor area was so bad. We couldn’t communicate with our group at all so we always stayed together. And the only non-alcoholic drink the concessions had was water. Would’ve liked to see more or even a “mocktail” for us DDs.

2 stars ONLY for the location. The design, execution, attention to detail - ALL are horribly lacking for a serious venue to bring in top name acts. World will quickly spread among promoters AND artists about what a clusterfuck of a site this is.

Why is the proscenium/stage opening partially blocked by a weird corrugated metal flap? I mean, I'm sure it's not like anyone out to stage left wants a full, unobstructed view, right?
"
The expansive use of concrete feels like a cost override/cheap option to what could have been better planned. The small grassy patch in front of the stage is odd. Maybe they thought about folks that like to sit on blankets, but in reality, people will stand in front of this space and spoil the view. The upper lawn area is not scaped well in terms of viewing pitch/angles.

The building framework left behind could have been better utilized in terms of multi-use space and visual presentation. I spoke with a driver for one of the acts I saw there. He explained this site has one of the most ass-backwards load-in access he has ever seen. Artist amenities are not permanently built (or were not at the time.)

This just adds to the long list of great opportunities badly bungled here in Buffalo.

Really nice upgrade from Canalside. We enjoyed the view of the sunset and the ease of finding parking and getting out after the show (BPO Playing Harry Potter). Looking forward to the next concert!
