As a customer I witnessed so much bad customer service that, it is needed to be brought to attention. Uper management or owner needs to take action in this matter ASAP.

At one point in time a new bartender did shift change and all this started. Name is Steve or Rich please excuse me that I don't remember 100%.

Try and send any of your family members or go under cover and experience the bad customer service this employee of yours gives the customer. He is kicking your customer out of the door with his actions.

As a business man you know how tired we can get waiting, working and eating on the go. Sometimes we only need peace and a drink sometimes it comes handy. Please read all the one star reviews I witnessed most of this same activity in a 30 to 45 minutes time frame. Until I had enough and had to walk away it was too much. If it was me I will fire the guy. It is unreal to receive a response from this guy like this; "If you don't like it, the airport is big find your self a place to drink." WHAT? Few times he repeatedly did this action. Pretty impressive

This place is awesome! The only place to get a decent drink in the A gates. Bartenders with just the right amount of surly. Some of the best priced drinks of my whole trip. Simple but zesty bloody Marys, cool folks to chat with at the bar, fresh grab n go sandwiches and chips, plus several IPA options and it's a win for this PNW gal!

I think the lower reviewers may not be accustomed to an airport bar, especially one in the "cheap" wing of the Vegas airport since it is the wing with the cheaper flights. Let's use out critical thinking caps and understand that cheaper airline tickets might affect the service of the bars/restaurants in the given wings of those cheaper flights. We were very happy with what we ordered and the bartender (Rich) was great, though we did get a seat AT the bar. It's self-service in that the tables aren't checked, so drinks have to be ordered at the hand-off to be taken to a table hourself. I skimmed the negative reviews before posting thus and will say that our bartender wasn't the one others complained about, but the complaints sounded a little nit-picky regardless. It's a great stop for what it is.

Steven the bartender was absolutely AMAZING? He was inviting, accommodating and made my drink of choice perfectly. He had an uplifting and positive attitude, more than any bartender that I have ever experienced in an airport. Thank you Steven for making our very last stop in Vegas an enjoyable experience.

Ordered a 6oz glass of wine from a disinterested server by the bar. 20 minutes later flight was boarding and needed to close out. I could not get server nor the manager on duty to even acknowledge me in an empty restaurant. Manager walked by me and stood outside. I had to approach server at her station to close out only to get charged for a 9 oz glass. Great trick- didn’t work. She told me to calm down- comical as I simply just said that is not what I ordered. She fixed the check and ran over to table to make sure the left over wine was removed. Again- comical as it was the fastest she moved in 20 minutes.

Really $12.45 for one beer?

It's indeed quite the head-scratcher! ?✈️ The airport drink prices can feel like a rollercoaster for your wallet , but think of it as an investment in the pre-flight experience! Sip wisely and enjoy the journey!

Asian unfriendly.

I asked what kind of food they could provide. The barmaid showed me they only have premade sandwiches, and asked me “how many times did you have it?”. Racism or extreme arranged.?

Bartender Steve pressuring customers to go else where… I sat at the bar for about 30 mins before Steve showed up, The women who was bartending before him was great. Steve showed up and I guess didn’t notice me sitting at the other end of the bar. (He missed a 350lb black man with 3 empty drink cups in front of him) ‍♂️ he was entertaining a worker from another department while she looked to be on break leaning against the bar. I had to stand up to get his attention then he looks at me eventually responding to me walking his way “I don’t usually go over to that side.. what’s up!”!. I walked back to my seat as I wasn’t going to yell my order across the bar ? he continued to finish his conversation for about 1min then came to me bothered? I asked if the bar was open.. he said “for 10 more minutes” that conversation didn’t go well me smartly responding well I’m a customer and I would like to continue to drink here like I’ve been doing for the previous 15mins. He asked my drink order, brought me a beer and turned away to go right back to his conversation with his co worker?‍♂️…I let 25 mins go by he’s found a female customer to keep him busy but told her 10 mins ago he’s closing in 5 minutes but I guess he’s entertained ‍♂️ after pressuring every new customer to go else where (I understand if he’s closing.. customer service should be a high priority in this establishment so he could definitely go about notifying this place will be closing shortly but as I’m still sitting here it’s been over 25mins and he finally comes back to me asking if I had another drink order to place “he’s closing in a bout 10 more mins..” I asked him about why he told me he was closing in 10 mins damn near 30 mins ago. He immediately got embarrassed .. I voiced my opinion on how the customer service was very poor and he is very unprofessional.. Steve start trying to avoid the conversation being called out then he got pissed? tells me “if I don’t like anything going on here you can leave” LMAO that response didn’t surprise me based on my observation of him over the past going on 40mins. Whoever Steve’s supervisor is needs to know how poor his customer service is when working with customers coming in trying to grab a drink between flights. Steve shouldn’t work with customers until he’s been properly trained on his job title and customer service skills. I hope this never happens to another patron of this business because the other lady before him was an allstar.
