I am new to Michael B townhomes and flats. I moved into a fully renovated flat at the end of September.
Jennifer in the office has helped me since the first day I walked through the doors. She has been very kind and helpful from the beginning. She showed us different models and helped me pick the one that was perfect for me. The application process was easy and I even qualified for a great move-in special. All of the employees are very kind and very helpful.
The maintenance guy, Brandon, is always very kind and helpful. He is always willing to help with any issues I may have. And he always has a great attitude and a smile to greet you.
I have been to the office with a few issues, and they are always addressed quickly. I would recommend looking at The Michael B if you are looking for a new residence.

The entire staff was gracious with me through the entire leasing process! I thought I wasn't going to get approved but they use theguarantors and I was able to move into my apt immediately! Jennifer especially was kind and professional and went above and beyond and even stayed late after hours so I could sign my lease and move in that same day! Plus they have all the amenities you need from the gym, to business center, to a pool and even a doggy park! And did I mention they all have a convenience store all on the same property! You wont be disappointed ?

PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE! We had black mold in our downstairs restroom. Maintenance was horrible sometimes they would come sometimes they would not. We often had to manually repair our dish washer on our own just to get it to work. Our lease was up and we moved out in August and they are now trying to charge us thousands of dollars for September and October rent even tho we left the premises we moved all the way to Georgia so we can’t just go talk to them face to face about this. During the year that we stay they didn’t even have most of the amenities available for use. If you don’t want to deal with these hassles I would recommend you not move here. The only thing good about this place is the gym and our neighborhood was very quiet other than that it’s a no for me. I’m not sure if new management is just trying to get money out of people but the way they handle business is awful. The people at the front are also just very rude.

Moved in last week and love the place already. Priscilla and Jennifer were super helpful and responsive during the entire process move-in process.

I'd also like to give a shout out to the fantastic maintenance team, especially John and Brett. They promptly resolved all the maintenance issues and did an amazing job.

I highly recommend living in this complex.

I would give 5 stars however, I just moved in a week ago and would like to remain realistic. Needless to say the experience has been pleasant over all. The staff within the offic, I had the pleasure of working with Jennifer and Priscilla who were both very pleasant and understanding to my needs.. I had a few very minor issues with my apartment upon move in and maintenence was needed. Brandon was sent over to my apartment and he was very informative on each step he was doing. When he was unable to repair something immediately he let me know and also gave me insight on when the matter would be handled. Approximately, 2 days later Brandon returned and completed the task. He was very friendly and he didn't leave a big mess after he repaired the issue. He actually cleaned up after himself quiet well. I appreciated that. So far it's been a good overall experience.

I just moved in Dec 2024 from day one Jennifer was amazing and helped making the process smooth her and Priscilla gave me such agreat experiences and answers any questions and concerns ! The was an issue with the toilet Brandon the maintenance guy made it a priority to get it fixed that day ! He went above and beyond helping me with air filler and but a coat to make it look brand like the rest of apartment ! Love my new home little things like haveing a great staff is so much in this crazy world ! Thanks

I have had the pleasure dealing with Jennifer, Priscilla.
Once I got here, I was introduced to John and Brandon, who is over maintenance. After moving here from far away, everyone that I have mentioned has treated me like I’m at home. I forgot to mention Ron that helped me this morning. He was incredible. Had it not been for Jennifer? I wouldn’t be here. My apartment is beautiful. I feel safe here. Everyone’s been amazing. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. So many times were quick to talk about the bad but I can only talk about the good. The kindness that I received was amazing. They make you feel that they are going to go that extra mile for you And that’s wonderful

I have been living in this complex for over two years, at first it was okay then it got bad after it got switched to the Michael B…
But within the last year… the new management and maintenance have been coming thru in the clutch for me. Brandon is amazing and always gets the job done. He has even brought packages to me that delivery ppl left by the pool! Priscilla and the office manager are amazing at any requests we have. We are so grateful to live here in this beautiful home. The pool is mostly always good, only had closures for a month in the summer, they are also buildings a conscience store within the complex. The ppl here are nice and friendly. The only downside is the new townhouses to the right of the complex, that blocks the view of the strip.
