Thomas has been great to help me understand cause of my issues. He is knowledgeable as well as empathetic. He has been patient as we dig in and find strategies to support challenges I have gone and am going through and truly listens. One thing I really appreciate is that he will get straight to the point and be transparent with you as well as encouraging/educating. He offers constructive criticism but is also compassionate. He’s relatable & laid back and the space/setting is calming and always smells good. I actually look forward to my sessions and always have a take away to work on. And even when I cry, it’s a safe place (for all you other high feeling folks like me!)- that in itself says a lot. Highly recommend for anyone else who may be on a journey for self improvement or relationship counseling.

I have been visiting Thomas in his Office now for almost 2 years now. This is my first experience with counseling; I tell all my friends how thankful I am that I somehow got it right on the first go. Thomas is attentive, caring and thorough. I believe that he has helped me get through a lot of my thoughts in a way that helps me reflect further after leaving the office. He has always maintained a very professional demeanor and is careful not to pick sides, remaining unbiased during my conflicts. I believe strongly in his career moving forward and am so grateful to have found the relief I have through the counseling he offers in his office space. I have a long ways to go, and a lot of un-doing to work through. An hour a week really can go a long way. Thankful for everything he does for his clients mental health, and I highly recommend his services.

Thomas helped me work through some stress caused by my type A personality. He was open to appointments by Zoom, which helped tremendously during the pandemic, and helped keep me from taking additional time off of work. There is no “solution” for a perfectionist, but Thomas was able to acknowledge many of the behaviors that were making me feel overwhelmed.

Nice guy, but didn’t really seem to care or offer solutions. He forgot who I was or deleted my number at one point, and charged for missed appointments even though he canceled on me an hour before ours. If you’re going to be in the mental health service industry at least pretend to care about your clients. After almost a year I left worse than when I started.
